The hotel was just opened for like 3 weeks! Exceptional service and friendly and hospitable staff!

The rooms have transparent glass for bathrooms! If you are staying with friends or family it can be difficult

Brand new facilities, spacious room, excellent cleaning, friendly staff, excellent location to watch a game at Salzburg Red Bull Arena (easy to reach by either walking or bus).

My son is 4 years old and they provided a baby crib, which did not fit his age.

Everything was perfect! New hotel at the entrance to the city, parking in the hotel garage, friendly staff, everything perfectly clean.

I was very impressed with check in personnel Ahmad who was very helpful in guiding us and providing all the necessary help without me prompting. This is top notch service.

The staff were very friendly, location was great, overall nice ambiance.

For the reception staff, German was not their first language. Grooming of the staff also needs to be reviewed. left 2 dirty glasses as well as a tea cup when I left my room for the day, the cleaning staff did the bed only and the dirty mugs+glasses were left, waste bin was left full, the cleaning towel was also left on the table. I was not expecting this at all. I wanted to enjoy a beer before ordering dinner in the restaurant but the staff was not pleased at all with this and kept coming and asking if I wanted to order although I was the only guest in the restaurant.

It was neat and tidy. Bed was comfy. View was good.

The bathroom side is bit transparent. Whoever living in living room can see. Room was very small. Coat/jacket hanging place not planned well. A beam gone through inside the room itself which is dangerous. My daughter got it her leg. Not for families. Kettle was not given and I believe it is basic. How we make tea then? How do we drink hot water in that cold weather?

New hotel and fairly good location.

Parking is an issue and their parking is 25euros per day. Staff is not informed of how the system works. Hidden costs which are not included in the pricing like 50eur per night as a blocked amount and then you jave to wait weeks to get them back.
