The room was extremely clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Delicious breakfast! It’s a dog and children friendly hotel! I traveled with my greyhound and they provided everything I needed!

The room was a bit small for the three of us (I slept on a sofa bed that was comfy - in the pic ), kids in the other beds and the dog (a big one), but we managed. In the area there very few restaurants but there’s an Asian one just downstairs (closed on Monday) and a typical one 2 minute drive.

A nice cozy hotel near the Airport. We took the room with Balcony on the first floor. The owner is super friendly. The usual check in time is 4 PM. But since we had taken an overnight train from Switzerland and arrived in Salzburg by 4 am, the owner ensured that we got our room early by 11 am. He made sure we were comfortable, and also invited us for breakfast without charge on the first day. Full marks for going above and beyond for customer service ! The breakfast menu, while limited, was tasty. The coffee was great. Overall, the place is neat, nice, well connected to public transport, and run by a great owner. Recommended for sure.

Nice staff. Good value for price. Near the place where I had to be every day. Clean and tidy. Easy access to the city centrum by public transportation. Fridge in the room.

My room was near the stairs and I heard people walking every early morning (3.00 a.m., 4 a.m.), so I couldn't sleep properly. I think people were waking up for the airport and they didn't care that others are in the hotel as well... Reception is open only in specific hours (noone there in the night). Just for the information. For me it was no problem. No kettle in the room. For 2 days perfectly fine. For more than that I would think twice.

Excellent location in a quieter part of the city, but still only a few minutes away from Altstadt with a car. Very friendly personnel, we even got free coffee in the morning, although we didn't have breakfast included. The hotel is pet friendly, they prepare dog bowls and a dog bed for your pet. Parking is free in front of the hotel.

Everything was ok, maybe a possibility of more firm pillows would be nice, but this is subjective and has no affect on the overall review score.

I checked in the evening and stayed 1 night. It is well located. it is in a calm area. I was able to get back to the old town with the bus 9 or 28 and returned on the bus 28 around 11pm. takes about 20 mins on the bus (bus 3 euros per trip or daily bus pass for 4.30 euros I bought this after 9am) . It is also close to the Europark shopping centre (10 mins walk or 2 stops on the 28 bus) if you like shopping. there is also a grocery shop across the road so you can get your essentials from there. This is a family ran hotel. The staff were super friendly and helpful. I forgot my European charger and the reception came to the rescue! (there were no USB ports in my room). The staff member I spoke to was fluent in English, French and German. My room was clean comfy and very spacious. I did not have the breakfast so cannot comment on that. I would definitely come back to this hotel if I came back to Salzburg!

The location was good, out of the city centre, but only 5kms and close to the Salzburg ring road so access by car was easy. The public bus service is very frequent and right outside the hotel as is a well-stocked supermarket. Plenty of on-site free parking.

Nothing, but be aware that due to its proximity to the airport jets can be seen and heard from time to time but it never bothered me over the six nights of my stay.

We were a family of two adults and three children visiting Salzburg for the first time. The room was spacious and clean with comfortable beds. The bathroom had one of the best walk in showers I’ve ever had the pleasure of using! Some noise from Chinese restaurant adjacent to hotel when windows are open but this is easily remedied by keeping the windows closed. It was 33 degrees when we visited Salzburg and the aircon in the room did a decent job of keeping the room cool. Pleasant and chatty staff. The breakfast was very good.

Sofa bed wasn’t the most comfortable - an extra mattress pad would have been nice as it was quite hard.

The hotel was perfect for my 3 nights in Salzburg. It's a little cute, clean and quiet b&b 10/15 minutes away from the city centre with a very good bus connection. Breakfast was excellent, my room was just perfect, had everything I needed. The chinese restaurant on the ground floor is super good and serves generous portiouns. Thank you Brigitta and all for making my stay so precious ♡

The staff was nice and rooms were quite clean. Our room was basic but adequately comfortable. We paid much higher price for a basic room mostly because we traveled in peak season. But if you get a reasonable price, the rooms were nice. The A/c helped a lot in the weather were traveling. There was a Chinese Restaurant literally next door. We liked our stay at the hotel.

The location was although 16 mins from city centre., it felt a bit far out from the main places. The bus services at night got limited. But May be it’s just me who always feel more comfortable closer to the city centre.

The host was able to give me my room early and that is always appreciated. The hotel is not fancy but it has everything for a comfortable stay. It can be reached by public transportation and has two grocery stores nearby.

It's far from the centre of Salzburg, it would take you more than 45 win if you want to walk there.
