Attractive modern apartments in a traditional old building with a rooftop terrace for guests to use. Clean, comfortable and well-equipped - all the essentials have been thought of. Our arrival was outwith staffed reception times but if you let them know this in advance they send you clear instructions for getting in. The reception staff are friendly and helpful. The location is great - right in the middle of the lively but relaxed Barrio de la Viña - and just round the corner from a huge number of restaurants and tapas bars. The Caleta beach and the fabulous old Mercado are a few minutes' walk away, and it's easy enough to reach the other two beaches by bus. Thoroughly recommend.

Very convenient location near a busy row of restaurants and Caleta Beach. Apartment was clean and spacious. There's a washing machine and dryer in a public area on the 4th floor. I rented the duplex with a kitchen and small deck on the second floor. The kitchen was well stocked and very clean. Overall, I was very pleased.

The double bed was just 2 twin beds pushed together. The hot water was so hot it could put you in the hospital. The stairs up to the kitchen needed a better handrail, if you’re a bit wobbly on your feet I wouldn't recommend the duplex.

Starched crispy, clean white sheets and fluffy towels. The small studio apartment is absolutely perfect. The staff was friendly and went above and beyond to help make my stay comfortable. They offer a daily cleaning service for €15. The only drawback was the shared washing machine on the 3rd floor and the dryer was broken. Hopefully by the time you travel there the dryer will be fixed and you can provide 10 rating.

There is underground parking for which you have to pay an extra amount higher than what you would be paying for your rental. The parking is located about 2 and a 1/2 blocks from the apartment building itself.

Great location for this apartment just a short walk to the centre. Everything was lovely and clean. The apartment is quite small, but perfect for a couple or individuals looking for a short stay in Cadiz. Would definitely use again if we came back to Cadiz.

The air conditioning didn't really seem to work in the evenings. It would work for around 5-10 minutes then just turn itself off again (and wouldn't come back on). We stayed in November so it was okay - we just had to open the window.

Very clean. Equipped with all amenities ( except iron and ironing board). Kitchen is very well equipped. Location is perfect; away from hustle and bustle of crowds yet close to all major sights. Cafe/bar for morning breakfast just a round the corner, and so is the supermarket. Location is on a quiet area, but safe. Terrace on the rooftop is a plus point. Staff is very helpful and professional.

Excellent location in the old town, close to Caleta beach and many restaurants, but very quiet at the same time. Extremaly clean and comfortable. Room cleaning was provided every 4th day free of charge. The terrace on the second level offers a nice view over the town roofs, and is perfect for enjoying the morning coffee or tanning in the comfortable sun beds. Simply, there's no one negative thing to say about this accomodation!

The location is amazing- steps to the beach, around the corner js a grocery store, lots of cafes/restaurants, close to bus stops, and walking distance to the bus/train station. The room itself is great- equipped with a small kitchen, kettle, toaster, utensils.

If you have a balcony (which I love) or are street-side, you might get some noise. But the windows do a pretty good job of blocking out noise. All in all, it’s not that bad.

The details provided by the owners were excellent as were the reception staff throughout our stay. The situation of the hotel does not allow for localised parking however the underground parking arrangements close by means that your vehicle is safe throughout your stay and the daily charge is far from excessive. The apartment itself was immaculately clean, well styled and very comfortable. A safe box is also available. Position of the hotel fantastic for reaching all parts of Cadiz on foot and numerous eating places within 2-15 minutes walk. Will definitely rebook Apartmentos maker when we visit again. Thank you.

Location could not have been better! Within 5 mins walk of the seafront and some of the best tapas bars in Cadiz! Apartment itself was a lovely size and everything provided I could have needed. The parking option too was great, very secure which was important to me as I was carrying 2 bikes!

Nothing I didn't like! (but I'd love to know how to use the elevator in the parking garage - over 3 days I still couldn't figure it out!!)

The studio apartment was small but well laid out. I enjoyed being able to make a drink and relax on the sofa. The kitchen and bathroom facilities were very good. The area had lots of good cafes and restaurants with a supermarket round the corner. The central market is not far and sells a large range of seafood. The beach is very near and a walk round the defence walls is recommended. We went into the castles and came across an exhibition of Andalusian craft products. In the other direction the cathedral and Roman theatre are very near. A bit further along are two venues for flamenco and other music.

The patio was Internal and small so there was not much airflow
