This property was an architecturally attractive building in the old city and had been impressively renovated as a high tech apartment. We loved that entry to the building and apartment was from an app downloaded onto our phones as this was super convenient. The facilities in the kitchen were enough to allow us to prepare breakfast or a simple meal and the apartment was kept spotless by the cleaner each day while we were out. The nespresso machine with generous daily pods was a godsend for breakfast as was the netflix tv in the evenings. We also loved the two balconies that allowed us to look out on street life.

The automatic light in the hall is a bit of a shock as you go to the bathroom in the middle of the night. The kitchen has essential facilities but could be improved with a roll of kitchen towels and a cutting board.

The hotel is in a Very central location in Cádiz. The facilities are Very modern and good.

A major issue was that the room was not properly cleaned - dirt and dust under the bed, waste items in the bathroom.

Good location in the heart of the old city, a very short walk from La Caneta Beach. Many restaurants next door. Spacious studio and bathroom, and adequately equipped kitchen. Quiet place. Nice jacuzzi and small swimming pool on the terrace. Friendly staff. Convenient covered long-term and safe public parking at a short walk at reasonable price.

TV connections could be better

Gorgeous, well designed apartments in the heart of La Viña. What a location! Facilities were fabulous- pool, terrace and guest laundry were all wonderful. We were able to leave our bags for a while and use the terrace after checking out. Enrique couldn’t do enough for us, he was so helpful and a real asset to the suites!

We stayed 4 days and would have liked the towels and bedding to be changed but that’s also quite standard for 4 days, so just a personal preference!

Location is in old town, close to the beach, pictures are as they are on the booking. A lot of space in the room, nice fresh new loft design, windows are to the street and close to another building (2nd floor app). Absolutely lovely key free access to the venue! through application.

A little bit feel not clean - black hairs on bathroom floor, towels... not critical but visible. I would appreciate small bottle of water for free at check in.

The suite was made to be convenient and enjoyable to the last detail: beautiful rooms, wooden floor, ritual products, paper towel in the kitchen (should be obvious but missing out every other accomodations I had in my trip). The usage of the mobile to enter and exit was a bit strange at the beginning but it all went smoothly. It's well located, and I wasn't disturbed at night.

Nothing. Perhaps adding a few towels in the gym would make it better.

Enrique was an excellent host. His recommendations were a blessing. Rooms were spacious, immaculately clean, modern, and had all the modern amenities you could hope for top tier hotel. Best hotel i stayed in while traveling throughout Spain for two weeks. Free laundry facilities was also a plus. Didn't want to leave.

The accommodation is very new, centrally located and Enrique is very helpful and accommodating as a host.

We wish we had known in advance that our "Smart Suite" on the first floor has almost no daylight as it faces the lobby. The terrace was only open between 12 and 18.30 due to the time of year and the gym only consists of a very small room with four machines.

Good located in the city center, comfortable beds, free laundry and dryer, nice roof top terrace, seamless app-based access to room and building, new refurbished

Limited access to rooftop terrace bw 12pm-6.30pm, balconies were more likelihood to French windows, no Spa facilities

The manager, Enrique, was very kind and attentive. He gave great suggestions for enjoying our stay, and went above and beyond our expectations. Absolutely spectacular accommodations, beautifully designed for comfort. Also, the gym and rooftop were a great bonus. We hope to return soon! Thank you, Enrique & Staff!
