I have stayed at this property several times I love everything about my stay! The staff are always nice and friendly, the free breakfast is delicious, and the rooms are always clean and cozy! I will always recommend this hotel if I could give 100 stars instead of 5 I would! Keep up the great work!!

Everything! It’s a great hotel

I had a reservation for a disability room but when I checked in they had given that specific room away so we got the next closest thing which we made work for us bc there were no other hotels with availability due to hurricane Helena.

Location & price

My wife did not like the handicap shower. The hand shower hose was missing. No chair in room. Not much counter space in bathroom. Put my blood pressure device in rack for missing iron. Then left it behind when departing.

Breakfast was excellent! Waffles superb. Yogurt great. Selections were good for a continental breakfast!

Too many people smoking out the back door. Too many broken down cars in parking lot. Syrup on floor by waffles making everything sticky. Too many people wandering around the parking lot, was a little shaky in terms of feeling safe. Luckily everything was good.

The room is good the area is fine

no updated tv no netflix or things like that and the hallways will have a smell some people are more live in and when you first walk into your room it will be hot both times i have stayed the air wasn’t on

The room was extremely comfortable and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We really appreciated the different pillow types to choose from.

The hot water situation was interesting. We had to let the water run for about 10 minutes for it to get warm. It never truly got hot.

They have an awesome staff and Hot American Breakfast served. The rooms are comfortable and spacious

That my room is missing a coffee maker. The toilet constantly runs and when I requested 2 in advance to have my room cleaned it didn't get done. I had to clean it myself

I like the patience and friendliness of some of the staff here,some of them are very helpful my room is quiet and spacious it’s worth the money my clothes and belongings got stolen but I don’t dislike my stay here so far so good they clean up good

My belongings and clothes getting stolen some of the rude staff members who keeps up with your business

Clean room

The breakfast bar was terrible..3 bagels, empty pitcher of orange juice..no muffins, no yogurt, the guy taking care of it looked like he slept in the bushes last night and they walked out the front door and hired him..I wouldn't want him representing my business

oh Breakfast could of been a lot better. But the staff was nice and the place was comfortable

The facilities seemed old. No coffee pot in room but they had a microwave and refrigerator. It was fine.
