The property, itself, was beautiful. Very clean on the outside & the inside. I really enjoyed the area where the coffee was. Was so easy to get to grab & go. One of the nicest sets up I’ve ever seen. And the continental breakfast was amazing! I sincerely never know with some places but there was so much to choose from & all of it was hot & delicious.

That there are so many other hotels like a hop, skip & a jump away. It’s the only thing I can’t stand is a thing now. Like why is there 4 other hotels so close by. Our hotel didn’t have buns or creeps but the one nearby kind of did. Didnt care for that.

The breakfast staff, especially Wanette, gave excellent care. I know the effort it takes to prepare the breakfast meal, tend to guests and make sure everything is well stocked and hot. She provided a lot of people with good food for their continued journey. I saw an especially contented guest approx. 2 years old with a smile on her face and a mini waffle in the other! Excellent service!

Breakfast the variety was pretty much what most hotels have except Hilton Garden Inn which has a great breakfast for the same nightly price.

Breakfast. Eggs were over cooked, sausage no taste. Variety was okay. Front desk personnel were very nice. They did not present very well, dressed as if they were lounging at home, had no uniform, not even a name tag and she could not figure out if I’d prepaid, which I did?? Front desk told me we would not hear the trains, but there were several overnight and they definitely could be heard.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the pool very much. Having an indoor pool is a real plus in the colder months. The coffee at breakfast was very good. Good toiletries like shampoo and conditioner.

No room cleaning any of the days we stayed, like emptying trash, coffee service in the room was not fully stocked. The elevators seemed to need a little tlc and cleaning detail.

Just cereal and a muffin ..that is all I needed

I was surprised when they asked for an additional $75 due to our having a pet with us. I might have missed it, but I did not see anything on the booking,com site saying anything about the $75 charge....only saw that it was pet friendly. I think booking.com should make this additional charge more visible.

Check in was quick, beds were comfortable and great breakfast selection.

I ask the front desk person for fresh towels but when I got back to the room hours later their were no fresh towels in the bathroom.

it was convenient on/off the interstate. it was clean.

I booked through trivago as a pet friendly property prepaid but after arrival found there was a $100 fee for the pet. $25 was extra deposit and will be refunded. I was approached by men roaming the parking lot as I walked the dogs, trying to make conversation which was uncomfortable although not the fault of the hotel

Location was convenient for us traveling by car on I 75. Room was clean and conveniently located on the first floor as we had a dog. Grounds were very well maintained and amble area for walking dog. Breakfast was fine and the area was very clean and well maintained.

Parking for utility trucks etc. should be in designated areas. Utility trucks backed right up to our window and we could no longer see outside. The room rate was higher than the other three Hamptons we stayed in our travels. Room rate was too high and not competitive. Do not agree that pet fees are non-refundable if pet has caused no damage to room.

It was very nice and clean. The ladies that survived breakfast was amazing! They even helped my son fix his waffles while I was helping my other son. Rooms are nice size. Didn’t feel cramped.

The lady that checked us in was not to friendly and she really didn’t give us a lot of information

Staff including front desk , management and breakfast were most accommodating and super friendly. Hampton usual very good mattress , breakfast , and little brown bag with snacks ( upon AM check out) Are well appreciated.
