We found that the staff wasn't uniformly courteous and professional or attentive. The ladies at the front desk were always helpful and attentive, but it was trial and error with the rest of the personnel. We didn't have an Internet or television signal entirely stay.

I was asked to move to the other facility The OZ. It was bigger and the staff was awesome. I'm definitely going back!!!!

- I was upgraded to a larger and much better room at the Oz Hotel, which was a huge plus compared to the smaller rooms at OzLuxury hotel. - The staff was incredibly accommodating and super nice, assisting me with laundry and even offering a free dinner on my first evening. - The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. - The breakfast was absolutely stunning with a lot of variety, and the staff kept everything clean and replenished until 10 AM, which was impressive. - The hotel is close to the beach and all necessary amenities. - The checkout time of 1 PM was a big bonus, giving me extra time to relax before leaving. - The overall value for money was excellent, and the security was good.

The sound isolation in the room wasn't perfect; I was woken up by music at 2 AM and sometimes heard other guests. - The ribeye steak I had at the restaurant was very disappointing and tasted like shoe and was chewy. and i waited over 30 min for it. (the chicken I had at the restaurant was great though) - They don't provide water in the room, but you can get it from the lobby.

The staff is the first think that I would like to highlight. They were very friendly, professional and always willing to support and make you feel comfortable. We were spending the days before and after our wedding at this hotel and they support us, provided us a spacious room, the cleanliness was very good. The comfort of both the bed and the pillows were just remarkable, extremely comfortable. They gave us a bonus to claim a lunch because of the length of our stay, which was a nice and unexpected touch. It is well connected to beach on Bocagrande and Castillo grande on walking distance.

Honestly nothing. Me and my wife were extremely happy during our stay and now we can not forget those pillows ;)

This is the 3rd time I stay at this location! They had an expansion which added another area to the building. The expansion only goes up to 4 floors vs the original is 7 floors I believe. Both sides are beautiful and very well kept. It is impeccably clean and the staff is welcoming, nice, helpful, at your disposal whenever you need anything. Breakfast is delicious they have a variety to choose from. The terrace provides some seating which over looks out to the city.

The only negative point is there is no pool at this location but the beach is right down the road!

the hotel is exactly like in the pictures. the insulation is good however better to have room not heading to the main street. breakfast has many options, location is good in boca grande area - walking distance to the beach. it is close to supermarket, some restaurants, etc. the from is spacious enough with good amenities, and the bed is comfortable. the reception and the staffs are friendly, nice, informative and helpful.

the room starts to look tired, probably need a bit of refreshment. The breakfast room could be a bit bigger. it can be very crowded sometimes. boca grande is not really close to the main attraction, hence need to get uber to the old town.

They gave us an update: we received a larger, very clean room with a huge bed and a nice bathroom. The lighting was great too. The location has restaurants, shops, and everything you need nearby.

Breakfast could be improved in several ways. First, the coffee service was inconvenient; we often had to search for someone to bring it to us since self-service was not an option. Additionally, there were times when we finished our food before the coffee or tea finally arrived, and when it did arrive, it was just average. While the food options were interesting, there were no vegan choices aside from fruits; everything contained cheese or butter in some form.

Our experience at The Oz Hotel was absolutely outstanding! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and cared for. The rooms were immaculate, beautifully designed, and equipped with all the modern comforts. The attention to detail was incredible—from the luxurious bedding to the thoughtful amenities provided. We especially loved the rooftop and the amazing breakfast buffet, which added a touch of magic to our stay. The location is perfect, offering easy access to el centro and the beaches yet it still felt like a private, peaceful retreat. We highly recommend The Oz Hotel to anyone looking for an unforgettable experience. We can’t wait to return!

Pros: clean rooms, amazing breakfast options for one day (but the other day was a miss)

First thing to note, we had booked THIS location and had ended up getting moved to their "sister" location around a 2 minute walk from here. Very confusing but wasn't troublesome. Cons: staff is very pushy with solicitation on tips (ie. they just take your bag, give you welcome drinks without asking for it, etc) which felt very overbearing, local food options around aren't the greatest and I'd rather stay closer to the walled city next time
