Great location! The room is exactly as described and in the pictures, so it is very small and I would not recommend it if you have a lot of luggage. But it is very clean! The employees were also extremely nice and very helpful! Our room was available for check in an hour before check-in time which was also very nice.

There is not really any surface where you can leave your personal belongings (the small nightstand is already occupied by a kettle and cups, and the shelve under the TV is slanted so things easily slip off, and the sink is very small so there is no place to leave your toothbrush etc.). What was a bit strange is that the shower seems to only be able to give very hot water or cold water, no in between.

Great location halfway between Victoria Station and Pimlico Underground - 10 mins walk either way. Surrounded by a variety of eateries - traditional gastropubs, Thai, Indian and Italian restaurants, with a super street market a few minutes walk away. A Little Waitrose and Tesco Express just around the corner and a Cafe Nero in addition to several small business groceries and coffee shops.

Room was a little on the small side for two people and unfortunately our neighbours were a little noisy coming in at all hours.

We made a last minute booking as our train had been cancelled following a theatre visit We didn’t get to the hotel until just before 11pm and the owner was lovely, he waited for us and gave us toiletries so that we could have a shower as we hadn't anything with us Bed was comfy and so were the pillows We were concerned what the hotel would be like as it was very cheap for London, we needn’t have worried as it was lovely thank you

Very comfortable, clean, central room for an excellent price. The staff were absolutely lovely.

Bedroom was right next to reception so from 7am could hear conversations. Given the way the doors opened and the small space, only one of us could get out of the room at a time and had to manoeuvre around the door into the hall. Would be better to reverse one of the hinges on the door into the hall.

Clean and tidy, good location, plenty of bars, restaurants and grocery stores near by, and 5 minute walk to London Victoria

Wasn’t ready for early check in as agreed. Work was being carried out in the property so had to navigate steps and tools on the stairs,

Everything was good.

It was a good location close to Victoria station and not too loud.

The only thing I would say is that the room was quite small as was the toilet in the room. You do have a separate full bathroom that you can use that is more spacious however.

The room was clean and freshly painted, it feels like new, it was small but cozy. The woman in the reception was very kind

Very good location. The inside is quite newly renovated and clean. The room was of course very small (which is usual in London), but as we needed just a place for a sleep over, it was very ok.
