Beds were very clean, shower room/bathroom was also clean. Was comfortable for a few days.

Breakfast. Went down for breakfast 1st morning but didn't bother after that. 4 choices of cereal was ok but milk served at room temperature. Toast was only white bread & served soggy. Pot of yogurt offered & that was it. Need more choices, could add Danish pastries and brown bread.

Very fresh towels and bed linen. The staff changed the towels and the bin in the room on daily basis. Very clean bathroom. Tea/coffee set in the room - electrical kettle, cups, milk. The room has fan, which we used very often as there was pretty warm. The room has also a hair dryer.

Only quick carbs breakfast- white bread toasts, honey, jam, cereals. Because we could not eat any of these things, we were buying stuff for ourselves in local M&S. The staff didn't have anything against it. Tea, coffee and juice were provided. No electrical socket near bed. The room had three of them - two by the desk and one occupied by hair dryer hanging on the wall. No toiletries, except of small bars of soap and plenty of toilet paper.

Beds are comfortale, room is clean, and daily cleaned, but the best of all is location! 5 minutes to victoria station by foot! 20 minutes to buckingham palace, 20 min to big ben. We were travelling as a family of three, with a two year old daughter and we would absolutely come back.

Breakfast is just toast and cereals, but we didn t mind it. Room is small, but if you are tourist in london, you have everything. If you are travelling with kids, there is no lift, it is really tricky to get strollers upstairs. We were on first floor so it wasnt that bad. There is no air conditioner, just fan

The hotel was perfect with a great location. Staff was friendly and helpful. Our room with 2 beds was cleaned every day, the bathroom was smaller but this was not any issue. Beds are very comfortable. I fully recommend this hotel as it offers everything what you expect from 2*hotel. The big plus was a breakfast with toasts, hot drinks, nutella, jams, butter, yogurts, cereals. I would definitelly come back here.

Property basic but adequate. I was very comfortable staying here and would stay again. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was advertised as having fruits but it didn’t. All that was on offer was cereal or toast (and I don’t eat cereal). This was a shame and the only real let down. Description should be updated to state only what will be on offer.

Location was very good for our needs. Breakfast was very convenient as well.

The room was pretty small, but was on the ground floor, which was convenient.

Lovely small hotel in a good location for central London. Staff were pleasant and the rooms although small were very clean. Breakfast was basic with toast cereal yogurt juices and tea/ coffee but more than enough to keep you going. The rooms were comfortable and heating was good. One suggestion would be to have a thermostatic radiator valve on the room radiator because the radiator was either really hot or had to be turned off and would have been nice to regulate temp.

Tv not too good and could only get one channel.

Rooms were spotless and the hotel very well maintained with modern decor and furnishings and very comfortable beds.

The bedrooms and bathroom were quite small in size, with very little room to move around. No wardrobes, just a few hangers hanging from a rail, and there wax no other storage. TV set was very small and almost impossible to watch with any clarity. Tea making facilities were on a very small shelf fixed to the wall.This could be quite dangerous as the kettle was on an angle and could easily be knocked over in passing as there was very little room to get by.

The Dover Hotel is cheap and cheerful. It's in a great location. The rooms are clean and practical. The staff are fantastic, nothing is too much trouble. I've stayed in worse 3 and 4* hotels for a lot more money. It's a little gem of a hotel for those who want a cheap 1 or 2 night city break.

The rooms are very compact and due to this they get very warm at night. But it's better to be too warm than too cold. Also, due to the size of the rooms, there isn't much storage space as there were only 5 coat hangers on a rail and no drawers.

Great location, near a bus stop and metro station, grocery store open 24/7 just next to the hotel (in case you arrive very late like us and you are hungry). We flew to London Luton and we took a direct bus that stopped 5 min walk from the hotel. Walking distance from the Buckingham Palace and Big Ben. Very friendly staff. The room was small but clean and great for its price. We loved the breakfast :)
