The location is great, only a few minute walk from the Victoria Coach Station. There are a lot of restaurants and supermarket nearby. Most importantly the hotel has air condition! The Staff was very nice and friendly. I had trouble using the safe and kept asking the front desk staff a few times for help.

The bathroom is extremely small. I couldnt even close the door without hiding in the shower. I am small (only 5ft) but my knee could touch the wall when I sit on the toilet. Carpet seems old and dirty.

The location was convenient for Victoria Coach Station. The continental breakfast was adequate. I have mobility issues due to painful knees when going up and down stairs and there is no lift. The gentleman at the desk very kindly allocated me a room on the mezzanine floor. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable and the shower in the bathroom was excellent. There is no restaurant for lunch or evening dining. There is an online facility provided in the bedroom to order hot food for delivery direct to the room. I waited over an hour and when it was delivered it was nearly cold (curry, rice and potato wedges). The delivery man did apologise for the delay. I wouldn't use the online facility for ordering food again!

Staff were welcoming and nice. I had arrived early and they let me place my luggage in a secure place until it was time to check in. The room was perfect for what I needed. The bathroom was clean and spacious. The hotel is within 20-30 minute walking distance to some of the tourist attractions. I did try their breakfast option and it was great.

I was staying in the basement so the wifi would lag sometimes and other times it would work fine. The wall next to the bed had a hole. The ceiling had some stains and cracks possibly.

Great location from Victoria coach/tube and railway station. Staff very friendly and helpful, our room had a single and double bed for 3 of us, it was quite functional for 1 night, wouldn’t have coped for over 2 nights as quite small. The bed was really comfortable, the shower was fantastic as were the towels.

The pillows were not to my liking, felt like they were well used?! could have had a soft and hard pillow to suit. Our kettle didn’t work, although the receptionist brought a new one not enough hangers for 3 persons.

Convenient, near airport. Good meal at restaurant. Very comfortable bed & quiet. Shower very easy to use.

Staff at bar & restaurant were not very “user friendly”. Asked to book for dinner, but was told that I couldn’t. I thought they must have been full that night, but when she repeated it, I realised she was saying that because there was two of us, there was no need to book. When we arrived, we stood around waiting to be seated, but were ignored, so took a table & finally went up to order as there was no sign informing us of the procedure. There was one girl doing the ordering for the meals & making drinks, so a bit of a wait. Another woman was there “supervising” I think as she wasn’t doing any actual serving of customers.

Great location! You can get to most places in London from Victoria very easily and the hotel was quickly accessible on foot from the station. Great price point for the location, the bed was comfortable, the staff were kind and helpful. The room and the bathroom were clean. The wifi worked fine.

Some of the towels had stains and things like the bathroom door and shower head can be replaced but I think they were not that much of a problem considering the price/location/general cleanliness.

The staff was amazing. The room was small but that is to be expected in London. The air conditioning worked perfectly. The staff cleaned the room daily. We were very pleased with our room and was perfect for a week stay. The location was very close to Victoria Station and numerous restaurants and grocery stores. My son uses a wheelchair and they put us in a ground floor room. There are steps leading up to the hotel but I was able to just carry my son in so that was not an issue for us. I would definitely stay here again!

The bathroom was quite small but we managed.

I found the staff at the desk ,very polite , always smiling, and chatty and very helpful . I stayed here with my son in a twin room and the room was a good size , beds was comfortable, lovely hot shower, also on the last day ,we had a few hours to our coach and they have a area where they can store your luggage and you can back and pick it up ,and we didn't have the breakfast but it smelt nice , we will be recommending this hotel as nothing seemed to be a problem to the staff , it is Manned 24hr ,and you can come and go as you please . Highly recommend ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐( 5 stars from us ) .

Good location near Victoria Station. It is an affordable option so well located and the persons at the reception are very helpful and attentive. RECOMENDED!!!!

The cleaning service starts very early even when you are sleeping. The rooms are not well insulated and there can be some noise at night (it depends on how respectful or not the guests are)

Welcoming, friendly staff. Clean room, linen and towels. Modern bathroom fittings. No noise from the street or neighbouring rooms. Plenty of space for one person in a single room. Comfortable bed. Good price for Central London. Felt safe here as a solo female. Ideal for a one night business trip.

Air conditioning duct over the corridor outside the bedroom door meant there was a continuous droning all night even when AC switched off in the room. This unfortunately kept me awake in what would otherwise have been a very quiet room. The room needed some general maintenance to repair a hole in the wall and water damage to the ceiling. The shower drained very slowly. I was worried the shallow tray would overflow.
