This quaint little Spanish hotel is absolutely beautiful. The building is very old and has been refurbished whilst keeping the character of the building. There are little courtyards inside the hotel which are a lovely place to sit and have a coffee. The running of the hotel is smooth. The staff are extremely helpful. Communication is easy and the day we arrived I was sent a message to confirm arrival time. As we were arriving after staff finished for the day, was sent clear instructions where to locate our room. The rooms are clean and airy, large bathroom, small kitchen with fridge, small stove and utensils if you fancied cooking something in the room. Breakfast supplied every morning, delivered to room in a basket left at the door. Such a nice touch. Choice is good too. Each day chose a breakfast selection. Tea/coffee provided in the room also. The location of the hotel is not too far from the centre of Seville, so it is quiet in the evenings away from the busy centre. Walking distance to everything. Public transport is easy also. To get to hotel from airport take the EA bus for 4 euros. Hotel is 20 minute walk from the last stop. The walk there is lovely, through streets lined with lots of orange trees. I would highly recommend this hotel. We were made to feel welcome during our stay.

It is heaven, close enough to all the main sites but quiet enough to be a peaceful get away. Miguel was amazing, he helped with all our queries and kindly assisted us with a late check in and out (due to flight times). Absolutely fantastic trip, can’t rate Palacio Bucarelli highly enough.

Location for us was ok. Maybe a bit more help from reception regarding places to eat and visit would have been nice. Also we found that early morning when we were there lots if banging around slamming doors etc which did wake us .

The location is great: close to the city center but in a quiet area. We could walk everywhere. The hotel is in a lovely and very charming old palace that you can also visit. Miguel and the reception were really helpful and kind. Really appreciated the recommendations for restaurants they sent us. The check in information was clear and accessible. A big thank you to housekeeping for their attention to detail. The breakfast was good and the orange juice delicious. The room was spacious and decorated with a lot of taste. We really enjoyed our stay.

If I were to say something, it would be nice to have slippers and a bath robe. I also missed a mirror in the room. As the bathroom mirror is a bit far (the sink table is large) it was a bit difficult to put the contacts in the morning. It would be nice to have maybe an enlargement mirror in the bathroom that could be brought a bit closer for make up and such.

This is an exceptional property. A renaissance Palazzo, complete with courtyards, fountains, alcoves and cooling-pools. The rooms are very spacious, well equipped and very comfortable. The décor is refined and tasteful, the staff were as exceptional as the surroundings. Nothing was too much trouble. Any issues were addressed and sorted out immediately. Always discreetly waiting in the background, ready to help. The breakfasts are beautifully served in wicker picnic baskets. Highly recommended.

Parking is not easy but this is true for all of the attractive, old parts of Seville. Parking facilities are available but quite a distance to walk and certainly not with luggage. The hotel is very helpful with the unloading bags and then dropping off the car.

This hotel is perfect for those who aren't interested in intrusive staff, pools, gyms or massages, but rather want extremely comfortable and spacious accommodation with just the right level of service in a convenient and quiet area of Seville. Situate in a 17th century palace, it retains a lovely old courtyard of orange trees which serves as a common area with an honesty bar hiding in the corner. Simple breakfast was delivered to our ample room and then cleared by housekeeping during the day. Any request from us was met with unassuming friendly efficiency. We thought it was all just great

There was so much helpful communication from Miguel immediately after our booking and then just before we arrived. He was also present when we arrived and made us feel very welcome, and was really helpful with questions we had. We loved the room, it was so spacious and the decoration was tasteful and stylish, and sensitive to the history of the palace. We loved the fact that there was a kitchenette in the room, and how breakfast is delivered to your door at the time of your choosing and you're able to enjoy it in your own spacious room. The beds were super comfortable and the palace/hotel grounds were simply beautiful. The complimentary guided(audio) tour of the palace grounds was a wonderful surprise bonus.

Nothing really. The only possible and very minor criticisms would be that I couldn't get the TV to work, but I didn't really care much about that, so I didn't even bother to ask (which I'm sure the staff would have sorted if I needed to watch TV and had asked them). We had a walk in shower with a glass screen, the water from showering would get the floor a little wet outside due to how the screen and shower tray were fitted, but really no big deal at all.

Location is good - 20 minute walk to the main sights and lots of interesting bars and restaurants in close proximity to the hotel. Courtyard is great and would have been a good place to relax if the weather had been a bit warmer (we stayed in December)

We stayed in the "split level" apartment - in effect the upstairs section is redundant as there is nothing up there other than a sofa. Downstairs, where the bed, bathroom and kitchenette are, we could have done with some more facilities e.g. there are only a couple of very small cups and glasses and we had to use the coffee machine and kettle plugged in on the floor of the bedroom. My partner also said that the room could be improved with a full-length mirror, some less "harsh" bedside lights and some more comfortable chairs/more decor

Such a chilled place to stay. Very quiet, idyllic hotel with shade and sun in the courtyard and the nice pool to cool off in. Great honesty bar reasonably priced. Some small squares with tapas bars within 5 min walk and the busier Almeda de Hurcules is also 5 mins. Bus stops 3 min away which accessed all major attractions. Safe city. AC was great in this accommodation and needed to be at 40degs in August. Breakfast delivered to door at your specified time and can eat in room or in courtyard. Everything done on whatsapp which was very convenient. Reception staffed 9a to 9p everyday. Super clean.

If I'm being super picky the wysteria could do with a trim lol

We had an amazing stay Palacio Bucarelli. The place itself is so charming with a beautiful courtyard with small pool and very reasonably priced honesty bar. Our room was so spacious with good aircon (definitely needed in August) and the bathroom/shower had a beautiful finish too. The breakfast being delivered to your room each morning with option to take down to the courtyard was a nice touch too. Outside of the residence itself, we have to give a massive shout out to the hotel staff - their hospitality and their responsive, attentive cooperation when we asked them for recommendations or for help with booking tickets, was second to none. Would definitely recommend this to any/all of our friends visiting Seville, which is a stunning city in itself.
