I liked theirstaff especially linda at front Desk was helpful and polite.She was always available to Help and Guide us.I also liked Kary who helped me in booking process. I stayed in 2 double Bed Room with kitchen which was spacious and size for a Family of 6.(2 adults and 4 kids). Breakfast was also good with fresh fruits ,oatmeal,eggs apart from Coffee and juices. Location is at the Look out Circle at Lake Hamilton but you cannot see lake hamilton as surrounding properties are privately owned and there is no public Access. there is 1.8 Mile walking Circle with dead end at one Point .Nice Location for morning walk but no Lake Access.

Its a pet friendly Hotel..so carperts need more cleaning.My Son has allergies to Pet dander and dust.My Son started having allergy attack the first Day .I didn't Look carefully About pet policy otherwise I would have avoided to stay here. Hotel is nice but anyone with allergies to pet dander shouldn't stay here.

Breakfast was simple, but delicious. Plenty of choices, each morning. Room was cozy - just the right size for my husband and I. Bed was very comfortable, sofa was, as well. I loved the convenience of the shampoo/conditioner/body wash station in the shower and the hand wash/lotion station at the sink - literally, loved it.

The room was clean. I would love to see present-day hotel rooms scrubbed - corners and crevices, doors - cabinets and entrance, baseboards and lampshades - deep-cleaned more often. This seems like it should be SOP, once a guest has checked out. Hallway carpets and room carpets, too.

By far it was the best food served and an variety We also enjoyed the inside pool for the grandkids and the two bedroom suite was fabulous it had a kitchen and living room space for everyone. Also it was close to the museum and restaurants as well.

The bathroom had looked like it was recently repaired from water damage the shower curtain couldn’t stay in place do to the water damage had to hold it with my hand and while taking shower you could feel floor from the water damage but we didn’t think about it.

The staff members were phenomenal, specifically one named Chris. We had multiple issues during our stay ( we had 20 people in our group) and he quickly and efficiently handled everyone. Breakfast was wonderful. Appreciated the diabetic friendly aspect.

The # 1 reason we chose the hotel was the indoor pool As this was a family Christmas trip with numerous children, swimming was a major asset for entertainment. Also found a soured baby bottle under chaise lounge. We had a little toddler that could have found it a tried to drink. Had the pool been functioning this could have been a 10/10 for us.

I loved Staybridge Suites. This was the best hotel ever. I love the room it was way more than we expected. The breakfast was amazingly delicious. We were surprised with free dinner. We didn't have to spend any money on food.The staff was so kind. I would recommend this hotel if U are in Hot Springs Arkansas. We love our stay. Thank you so much for making us feel at home. Our room was like being in a nice apartment with every I mean, everything we needed.

There was nothing that we didn't like.

The room was very nice, and f the staff was friendly. It was peaceful and quiet. We were able to rest quite. I loved being able to cook in the room. I think I will stay with Staybridge.

The Parking was terrible on Friday night. We went to an event on our last night at the hotel. We got back to the hotel late to find no parking spaces. I talk with the manager on duty after waiting 45 minutes for him to return. He must have been having a bad night. I am not going to argue, so we when to bed. I told them when I made the reservation that I am allergic to cats and dogs and I got up the next morning itching with a rash and trouble breathing.

The room was nice and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was the icing on the cake. I met two very nice ladies who were accommodating and friendly. I would highly recommend!

Our sliding door handle was broken so it was difficult to pull to but we were creative and made it happen. Just a hardware malfunction.

Room was big. Bathroom was big. Worth the price. Location was great.

Wasn't the room I selected but it served the purpose. Was near the kitchen. I am a light sleeper. Heard them rattling the plates. Room was clean. Found a few things that could have been better. Paper towel behind the microwave and tv remote was under the couch.

Nice staff and good location. The view on the back patio looking straight out was beautiful.

The beds were hard as boards and our shower curtain was tore at the ring part. So it got the floor and wall wet. The staff gave us extra towels to keep everything dry so it wouldn't damage it more. The breakfast on a scale of 10 was about a 6.

The room was very nice and had some amenities I didn't notice in the description. There was a small kitchenette with stove top, microwave and decent counter space. The full size fridge was nice too. The bed was comfortable and the walk-in shower was great. The grounds were well kept and they have a nice outside patio area.

They make you pay a damage deposit which is fine, but when we got into the room there were couple things messed up. So I had to report those so I didn't get dinged for it. They did fix one of the items and the other was a more cosmetic thing than a functional one. The hotel is on a main road but the entry to the hotel is off of a residential access road that is easily missed, and I did, especially in fading light.
