The environment of the hotel was more like being at home; cozy, very clean, efficient services, great heating and most of all responsive and caring staff! The manager was very good along with front desk staff (Hamit, Batur) who made us feel welcomed and comfortable. They gave sound tips to help our visit trips around the city...and at times provided excellent complimentary Turkish tea& coffee in the lobby! They have excellent toilets with fully running warm water both in the taps & showers! Good qualty Hairdryer available! Cleaner was exceptionally good lady (Tarun)!

The room card key had to be recharged every time on the 5th Floor! They said it was to ensure safety...however, was cumbersome. There was no complementary dental kits (toothbrush/toothpaste) and only liquid soap and no Shampoo.

There was a very attentive staff who didn't overlook your requests. From the receptionist to the floor attendant and the lady preparing breakfast. The rooms were spacious and quite comfortable. The bathroom was clean and nice. Breakfast was fresh, very tasty, and more than sufficient.

Unfortunately, due to a problem with the window of the room we stayed in, effective sound insulation with the outside could not be achieved. If I had mentioned this during my stay, perhaps a solution could have been found, but it slipped my mind amidst the hustle and bustle. So, what I mean is that it would be beneficial to review the window of the respective room.

Really enjoyef the big bed and size of the room. It was very comfortable !

would like to be nearer Metro

The location is perfect. Metro is walking distance and plenty of area to see nearby. Also the staff was very helpful and polite from the moment we get in the hotel. I travel a lot, and when you compare to the city hotels in other European countries, the size of the room, the cleanliness, is far ahead of them. Also, the breakfast is far more good than I expected. I highly recommend the hotel and thanks for their hospitality.

The staff are absolutely wonderful and accommodating of your needssss. The three people in the reception were so helpful and the lady who prepares the excellent breakfast options (including pancakes!) was very attentive to my requests. The room was spacious and well kept which was perfect for my extended stay. Great location and value, will recommend to others visiting the city.

Everything about the hotel was superb, awesome staff especially Sedar, that acts the big bro to everyone. The other Staff: Khan, the Mama Chef and the other young fine gentleman. All sweet humans. Anytime, I visit Istanbul, I must stay there again and again. Teşekkürler guys

The staff is very friendly. Nice location, walking distance to Osmambey Metro station. Relatively quiet as well too. Small shop opposite the hotel so you can always grab an ice cream from there :)

All good as it’s my 3rd time there so knew what to expect. In the past I wasn’t a massive fan of their breakfast so didn’t book it this time.
