Good location, good amenities in the room, an elevator to the 4th floor which was very much appreciated, on the Camino route and good noise insulation. There was a near hurricane style storm on the night of my stay but there was very little noise in the room. Very good options at the buffet breakfast too.

It was a little cool in the room and the receptionist advised that their AC system had not been set to heat mode yet. It would have been helpful if the option to heat the room was available.

Friendly and helpful staff with good English skills. Our room was huge, I think we got the honeymoon suite with a soaking tub, a separate living room, and mirrors on the ceiling, which we thought was hilarious. The jets in the tub did not work but we didn't care. Always glad to have good A/C on a hot day. Convenient to have the attached restaurant which was fine, but nothing special.

It's showing its age and could use some updating but it was clean and comfortable.

The bed was very comfortable so I slept well. Room (503) was spacious. Bathroom and decent size. Restaurant is part of the hotel too. Staff were all lovely in the hotel and restaurant.

There was some black mould growing on the bathroom ceiling. Also the elevator really does need to look and feel much safer (despite the poster on the wall about future renovations). The lift only went to the 4th floor so had to climb a flight of stairs.

Lovely room and good facilities. The hotel was clean and well managed, with staff being friendly and attentive. The location is excellent, right on the Camino if that is your reason for looking. Then only a couple of minutes into town for a selection of bars and restaurants.

Breakfast seemed a bit odd. No-one really around and things did run out, so it was a question of waiting for the lady to appear. No real explanation of what was available or how it worked. The 'slam' doors for the rooms were a nuisance - first the late-comers make a noise, then it seemed almost straight away, the early birds were in and out of their rooms. Not un-typical but a little annoying.

The staff was friendly, helpful, and accommodating. They helped me figure out public transportation and got me a gluten free option for breakfast, which I really appreciated. When my plans changed and I requested to stay an additional night, they tried to get me into the same room, but could not. They did, however, get me into the new room as soon as possible, so I didn't have to hang out with my luggage in the lobby or anything like that. I would definitely return here. It's close to shops and restaurants. Great place for pilgrim to stay!

There was no a/c, so I had to leave the window open. The window faced the street, so there was a lot of noise at night. I was much happier with the interior room I stated in the 2nd night, because it wasn't facing the street, so much quieter. I thought that relative to other hotels in Spain, this one cost a bit more and breakfast wasn't included. In fact, I paid only $35 more for a very modern hotel in Madrid. That being said, it was very reasonably priced compared to what I'm accustomed to paying in my country of origin. In order to use a hair dryer, you had to request one.

Location was perfect and parking a must at a reasonable price. Room perfect temperature and lovely shower. Very quiet at night. 10 mins walk to historic centre. Eat away from the hotel near the historic centre and beyond. Great restaurants

A bit dated so it needs a refurb but this in no way detracts from its worth. I would stay here again.

When arriving at the reception they changed my room, without me asking for it, to one with bigger beds. I’m a tall guy and they didn’t want me to have my feet hanging off the bed. The rooms were big, beds great and airco cold. There’s a breakfast included at early hours for Camino walkers like me.

Very roomy, big window, bright and airy, comfortable after walking the Camino, value for money if there are 2 to share cost..…comfy bed, white fluffy towels with complimentary toiletries. Bathroom very generous size….

A little outdated, but that was Ok, size made up for that.

This is directly on the Camino route as well as being very close to the centre of Pontevedra and just beside a supermarket. We did not get much time to explore the town but what we saw seemed beautiful.Although our room faced the street it was nice and quiet. Plenty to chose from at the breakfast buffet (continental) The room was clean and comfortable and fit our needs very well. Excellent shower!

Location was excellent for getting around and for easy access to walking the Camino first thing in the morning. Right on the Camino path. Restaurant bar was great for drinks and food.

Decor and carpeting on 5th floor were a bit dated and shabby, but didn't affect our stay. Blinds in our room were broken.
