Some of the happiest, most helpful staff I've ever seen and I've spent nearly a decade working working in ski hotels! On arrival, I found it very tricky to park our rental car and the Manager just came up to me and said give me the key my park it for you for the week at our other hotel and that was the last I saw of it! Amazing team from the cleaning staff to the reception.

Great breakfast with freshly baked waffles, eggs, porridge, fresh bread, meat, cheese, and granola. Very friendly and professional staff. The ski room is outside the hotel across the street. Ski lifts are very close, probably around 100-200 meters away. On the way back it's possible to ski almost till the ski room. Cozy and clean room with comfy bed, 3 different size pillows, and fluffy white bedding. The room is equipped with a desk, mini bar, wardrobe, hooks for jackets, mirrors, and tray for wet shoes. Luggage can easily fit under the bed so the room is well organized. The hotel is located on the main street so everything is close.

It was difficult to control the temperature in the room. In the evening the temperature was rising but we used to open the window and so it was perfect to sleep. Would be amazing to have a small coffee machine and teapot in the room. But overall the hotel exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend.

Wow! What a super hotel. Modern with a traditional theme, good sized comfortable bedroom with lots of storage ( especially needed for ski clothing) staff were super friendly and helpful.Really good breakfast. Ski hire shop next to the hotel and boot room just across the street. Just a couple of easy minutes walk to the lift and skiing back to less than 50m to the hotel.

We liked everything! The only slight thing was it was difficult to control the temperature in the room.

The hotel was wonderful. We had half-board, so breakfast and a 4 course meal each evening. The staff in the hotel were so attentive and would remember our drinks order from the previous evening. My wife unfortunately was injured on the first day and the staff could not have been any more helpful or accommodating.

The room was a little small for 2 adults and 2 teenagers, but not unworkable.

This hotel is in the heart of Cervinia. All turistic trails are close. The picture with Cervino close to the hotel is real (the hotel has really very nice view!). The hotel Is very comfortable,nice,modern and all the staff is very nice and helpful. Breakfasts and dinners are very delicious and every day, there was a huge choice. The waffles which you can order every morning don't have a competition! They promise very good start for a walking.

We loved it. Great location. The kindest and most attentive staff, especially Mohamed and the kind man that made waffles in the morning. But all the young gentlemen working in the dining room at meals were super sweet and attentive. The room itself was on the smaller side but that’s to be expected for a ski in ski out resort. Great area to keep your skis etc

Breakfast was very good. Dinner was very good - and good price. Even though we are vegetarians. Made special efforts for a vegan member of family Nice to have option to leave bags and shower at the end of the day before flight

The hotel site publicizes a fitness center. There is no fitness center. There's a tiny room across the street in the basement with basically nothing but a few weights and an old rowing machine. We asked to stay a bit later in the room. Despite the fact that there were no new guests coming in - it was offered to us at price of 60 Euros additional. Despite the fact that we took 4 rooms for 4 nights.

The hotel Marmore is really beautiful and right in the centre of town so you can ski to the door. The staff were amazing, warm & friendly & couldn’t do enough for us. We stayed there with our 2 adult children (18 & 19) & they loved it also. It’s a great spot to spend the new year. We’ll be back!

It was all good!

The hotel was beautifully decorated and very central- everything literally within 5 min walk. But by far the best thing were the incredible staff- I haven’t had as good service in 5 star hotels. Thank you so much- particularly Sofie, Alessio and Stephania. And the food was amazing! Thanks you so much for a great holiday

Location of the hotel is near a grocery shop called Crai, which is about a 5 minute walk. We had the breakfast and dinner package option for 5 nights. The waffles are a highlight for breakfast. Coffee is good too. Dinner was special and different very night as well. The staff were helpful and service was good.

The heating the room somehow went off mid week and we had to get an engineer in the next day to fix the issue. It then went off again the day before we left. Otherwise, the room was comfortable and the bed is good.
