Overall the room was small. Breakfast was good but unfortunately it was repetitive. Location can not be beat. Walking distance to to main attractions. Also, excellent restaurants and gift shops within walking distance.

Zefiro Bed and Breakfast should have provided a small refrigerator or an icebox in order to keep drinks cold. With the extreme heat it would have been nice to be able to keep things cold.

Great location, very clean, good value, nice breakfast, just what we needed for one night in Rome.

Only feedback is that it’s quite hard to find, and no instructions on how to access the property. Eg the “home” is in an apartment block and you need a code to access the main door which wasn’t provided on the instructions so spent 20mins trying to find the premises and get in! But when we did was very worthwhile

The property was central - Colosseum just a short walk away for example - and close to the metro station and bus stop. The rooms were spotless with good air conditioning and the staff running the property was exceptional. Breakfast was included - bread, ham, cheese, melba toast, yogurt and a variety of preserves and butter. Not to mention fruit and tea/coffee. We had to ask them not to give us so much! There were also nice touches such as sweets on the pillow and cleansing lotion and cotton pads in the bathroom. There was even a turn down service. They kindly let us leave our luggage for a few hours on the last day. When we went to collect it they had discovered I had left my charger in the room and it was waiting on top of my case.

The property is advertised as a hotel though it seemed to be an apartment modified to accommodate a five bedrooms. However, as said already, the rooms were hotel like standard. They were modern and very comfortable. Not having a dining room or lobby was not a negative for us. In fact we thought it lovely to have breakfast brought to the room and very charming to enter the property through a courtyard style building.

The property is adorable. It feels cozy and very safe. It’s in a super convenient area but is still quiet on the street. The staff is adorable and so attentive. The morning breakfast with cappuccinos brought to your room is an excellent start to the day. The property was clean and very well maintained.

I’m not sure what they can do to help this, short of adding insulation, but the room we were in faced an open courtyard and has a glass door. Basically anytime anyone came or went, we could hear it. This was especially terrible on New Years when it literally sounded like bombs blasting in our room (from 11:30-1:30am). We understand it’s a holiday. But maybe don’t stay here for New Years if u want any sleep. But even not on New Years, the noise was disruptive esp late at night. It’s a bummer bc otherwise we’d 100% recommend this property.

Property was great. Staff wouldn’t take credit card upon arrival or when we left. Then numerous emails were sent to us for payment & booking.com wouldn’t give card number. Process wasn’t pleasant

Amazing stay from start to finish. We were picked up at the airport with a pre booked transfer. The staff couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating. We spent 3 nights, excellent value and the breakfast was delicious. Lovely little extras like tea and coffee in the room, biscuits and bottled water complimentary. We love everything about the property! As a frequent traveller, there are small things that I really appreciate, for example, staff being super kind, asking for water on a hot day and guiding us for around. Every thing that you can expect from a good 5 star hotel was available in the room. Everything was impeccable. We requested the breakfast in our room at 7 am and it was dot at 7 with a lady having the sweetest smile and so courteous. If I come to Rome again, I will stay here 100%, not a big hotel! It’s so much better. Surpassed all expectations. Impeccable

Had a wonderful stay at this perfectly located hostel in Rome. Just steps from the metro station and within easy walking distance to major attractions like the Colosseum and Roman Forum. Our room was very comfortable and featured a private door leading to a peaceful courtyard. The complimentary breakfast served directly to our room was a lovely touch. The front desk staff went above and beyond to help with any requests. Would love to extend our stay next time - highly recommended for anyone wanting to explore historic Rome

The guesthouse has a great location near the Colosseum. It's in a safe area. From what I can tell, it's a flat divided into three rooms, each with a private bathroom. The room was clean, and the pictures accurately represented the reality. The breakfast was good and offered a variety of options. We also had free cookies, coffee, and tea. The host is amazing, supportive, and super friendly. She allowed us to leave our luggage after check-out.

It would be better if there were a small fridge.

The location couldn't be any better. Right on a main street for pickup with Uber or taxis, right near the best food spots and hangout (Piazza della Madonna de monti) and right near shops and a quick walk to most sights like Trevi area and Coliseum and Forum (You can see the Coliseum as soon as you exit the big green doors). The service is excellent - the beds are made military tight. Every day you get fresh towels tied with an orange ribbon. "Rainfall" shower head and smaller attached head. Lots of products to use like shampoo/body wash, lotions and wet wipes that were above average. GREAT air conditioning! It was HOT and we took the afternoons off to take naps, chill out, watch the Tour de France and then went back out. The breakfast was AMAZING. Fresh fruit, pastries, cappuccinos if requested, etc. So good! On the last day, the attendant helped us get a shuttle to the airport, scheduled it and everything. It was a great stay and would highly recommend!!

We really wished the room had a refrigerator, but that was about it. The staff entered our room three times a day - so if privacy is a problem for you - just be aware that they come in at a pre-scheduled time to deliver your breakfast each morning (which requires you to have the table area cleaned off and ready for the food), then in the afternoon to clean, and then to do a turn down service. Sometimes it was a little disconcerting to find my daughter's clothes in my suitcase because they had been on the floor and the person cleaning the room put the items where ever. But that was about it.
