Our room was spacious. Balcony very small and hot. Very clean. The room was warm and the airconditioning had not been changed over to cooling. Good location but no where really to relax in the hotel so you needed to go out. The dining/eating area didn't really appeal and little atmosphere.

The hotel needed a better area to sit and have a drink etc. No views at all. The inside pool was being renovated and I think it would be very noisy when being used. Overall an ideal hotel for a night stay but better options elsewhere.

Was a nice Balcony & I enjoyed being able to have fresh air into room. Even tho it was too cold when we went to sit out there. Had power points at bedside tables, for easy access for phone charging etc. Fairly spacious for a hotel room, with reasonable room for putting suitcases etc. Comfy bed. Super close to restaurants, cafes, bars etc... Walking distance, as well as foreshore/bay.

There was a constant howling wind noise coming from the bathroom & main door into room from landing. When we closed the bathroom door it cut the noise a little, but not completely. Most annoying 😑 The breakfast was going to be SUPER Expensive, $35 a head for basic breakfast, so we skipped that!!🫤 Wish the room kitchenette was a tad bigger (We brought our own coffee pod machine, so a little more bench space would have been good) & it would have been good if it had a microwave. We had some food that would have been nice to be able to reheat. Also, we didn't want to use the central aircon, due to it being linked to the rest of hotel...luckily didn't need that in our stay.

We REALLY enjoyed our stay in the corner suite of the hotel. Ample room to move around. I think it had not long been renovated as it was extremely clean with a new bathroom. There was a heated pool and pool table on the ground floor which the children loved. The restaurant on the ground floor was AMAZING for dinners. All the staff were friendly and very obliging when asked a question. We will most definitely stay there again.

The ONLY thing I could pick at would be there was no safe in the room....

All of the above was very acceptable. My grandson and his friend loved the space and the beds. The indoor pool is the big attraction.

The price. I paid $400.00 per night. I was telling the maitre'd at your restaurant that I was paying $400.00 per night and I was still on the first floor, there was silence from him. On the three occasions that I have stayed at your hotel with a child and/or children, we have loved the pool and dined at your restaurant. Both of which are faultless. My grandson's friend threw up after dinner. My apologies to the staff for that misdemeanor. I'm not sure I can afford you any more and that makes me sad.

Given that the pool was under reservations the rest of the hotel was great. We travelled 2 weeks in WA and this hotel was by far the best value. Everything in the rooms was good. Location is good with easy walk to shops river and restaurants. Will be staying here again when I am in the area.

Would of been nice if the pool was finished. I think having pool on front entrance foyer floor would have many adults not wanting to use it but kids would love it.

Loved the big spacious bright room. Huge balcony with outdoor seating. The room was very nicely finished and the beds were big and so comfy. Great sea view if your facing it and high enough. Love it been so quiet in the middle of town.

Not keen on the bathroom configuration, no where to put your clothes ect. Wasn't overly keen on the basin./ bathroom , the dressing room been open to the actual room. But did the job well.enough.

It suited our requirements Breakfast was sufficient if you had time for foods to be replaced. Dinner was really good. Bed was very comfortable

The location next to some very noisy entertainment areas. One night loud music till midnight. The next night till 3am then people still around shouting and singing.

Cleanliness and our room was lovely. The kids enjoyed the pool. Loved the view from the balcony.

No milk for coffee, not clear guidance that we could order milk from downstairs (only saw a notice at reception when we checked out)... Ended up having to order a coffee at restaurant that was totally overpriced, being $6 for a very small flat white, this could have been avoided. No bar facilities before 5pm, so we could not order any drinks before then.

Room was spacious and very clean. Bathroom was perfect also. Bed was very comfortable which actually I give it a 10/10 score from me because I have had spinal surgery and ongoing back issues, and I did not get out of bed aching the next morning, nor did I feel unconmortable during the night.

The only issue I have is this. I was in room 210. It was a windy and stormy night outside and all night long there was the howling of the wind coming through the vent which is in the ceiling where you first walk into the room. I thought it would stop but it actually went on all night and was still going when I checked out. I cannot imagine this is what happens in all the rooms, but just feeding back tto you that it was an issue. It was very, very loud and made sleeping extremely difficult.

For space our room was one of the best for a twin setup.

The bathroom, although very clean, had a shower in the bath which had no handrails and was very slippery. As seniors we needed to be very cautious when using this. We also are eco conscious and would have preferred not to have towels changed every day even though we left them hanging on the towel rack. We did mention this to one of the 'supervisors' but this didn't make any difference.
