The dinner at this hotel was fantastic! The band on the night as well was amazing. The bonus $25 credit a great idea. So good to walk 30 seconds back to the room. We were on the top floor end room. No.9. Was good to have no-one above and to one side of us. Great size. Very clean. Would stay here again. Walking distance to all the shops and breakfast at Cafe Bean was delicious. We were able to get parking on site which was a bonus. Friendly reception staff.

Bed not that comfy and we bought our own pillows. The standby light on the TV was so bright! The shower head would not stay upright - we should have left a message about this.....

The room is basic but sufficient for our one-night stay It has a decent fridge and good hot water. The deciding factor is our staying there was the $25 voucher against a meal or drinks in the bar. Their food is good.

When we looked to book again next February the $25 meal voucher doesn't seem to be there anymore. So we're staying somewhere else and we'll eat elsewhere. Your loss, guys.

Clean and comfortable room. Parking just outside the door. Access to Netflix was appreciated. Very central location. The Hotel Restaurant had a good menu with reasonable prices.

Bathroom very small and needs updating. Room only had a small window next to the door so the room had no natural light. Parking area small and difficulty parking in some areas. Used for motel, hotel guests and drive-in bottle shop so is full at peak times.

I had asked for a downstairs room and that is what I was put in - thank goodness! The room was spacious and had a wardrobe, inbuilt cupboard, small round table and two chairs, and of course the bed with a table on each side with a lamp. Coffee and tea provided The bathroom was clean, towels soft and fluffy. Large walk-in shower and water pressure great. Shampoo, conditioner and hand soap provided. On-site parking available. $25 voucher for food and drinks each day.

It was very hard to fill the kettle.

Loved the power of the shower, The bathroom is a little smaller than I'm used to (I live in the USA) everything is bigger. The staff in the Bar were very friendly, the Reception very friendly, and the room maid allowed us a little longer to get ready as we were going to DonnyBrook for a wedding. Bunbery was a lovely place. A truly great experience and the gentleman in the liquor store was very helpful, kept us chatting for a while again lovely person.

i cannot complain about anything

The staff, and room was amazing. I will be staying here again. The staff were super friendly and I felt looked after. The rooms was spacious, clean and had all I needed. The $25 bar voucher for each night you stay is a fantastic bonus and the food there was EXCELLENT.

Just note the building is old so soundproofing might not be quite up to scratch if you are staying in a room close to the road. This did not bother me one bit and I expected it as this has been a common occurrence on my trip around WA.

I love the Rose Hotel and Motel . I have stayed here many times and it is always very clean, fresh and comfortable. The bed is very comfortable and clean, and the whole room, although basic, is very spacious. The location is fabulous!! The reception staff always greet you warmly and go above and beyond to make you welcome and to assist in any way, the hotel staff do the same thing. The accommodation and the hotel food and drinks are very well priced, and the $25 bar/restaurant voucher is an excellent bonus.

there is nothing not to like.

When we arrived the lady in reception was very pleasant and helpful and organised a room to suit our needs. I thought the food in the restaurant was very good and staff pleasant. They were very busy but the girl came to say they hadn't forgotten about us which was good. I would certainly recommend the hotel and restaurant to my friends

I would have like if there was an armchair in the room but there was not the space for that. We went out for a while and it was very hard to get parking when we came back because it was a busy time and there is not parking reserved for people who are staying at the hotel which is understandable.

We loved how close it was to the bunbury centre. We also liked how close it was to the beach. It was clean and perfect for our small trip down south. The staff were very nice and friendly. The motel area is really nice and loved the cozy vibe.

The hotel definitely has a bit of a run-down look at first glance, but the rooms are modern and very well maintained. There should be a little more clarity on where the reception is as it's separated from the actual hotel.

Good size room, a bit dated but no problem with that. Good location in town, couple of minutes drive from the bay (where we were in the water with dolphins around us before breakfast) and joined on to a friendly pub. Great to get a $25 voucher for the pub, it bought dinner for 1 of us. Parking was a bit more complicated as the place was full but the bottle shop chap moved his car so we could park.

The bit of a faff with parking but that was resolved.
