The property itself is beautifully presented and all staff are SO lovely and attentive - they made us feel so welcome the whole stay. The pool is great (especially for the kids) with towels and flotation needs provided. It is half undercover and half open which is perfect for getting the right amount of sun as well as escaping it. The rooms are very well presented and spacious with very good air conditioning and cold fridges. Balconies are a nice bonus. The location is great - it is a 10-15 minute walk to the ancient town, but it is an easy walk through some beautiful local streets and shops so it's not a chore - plus lots of food options nearby and a mini mart across the street for convenience.

There was nothing to dislike about this place. I'd recommend it to anyone and I'd stay there again happily. It was a perfect place to relax and end a family holiday.

The location was ideal for a leisurely walk into the old town to enjoy the river lanterns etc. yet enjoy quiet rest in the evening. Bike or scooter hire from here enables your own exploration of the paddy fields, villages etc without resorting to organised tours, (ask about good lunch stop). You can cycle the other way to the beach, and on your return, the pool is waiting to refresh you. The staff work seamlessly as a committed team constantly aware of guests needs, and carrying out their roles, whether making breakfast, cleaning or checking over the hire bikes with genuine friendliness and concern for your satisfaction. Our room was very comfortable: quiet, spacious, providing AC, good hot shower (with closing door!), kettle and ample sockets. A choice of breakfast is offered, made to order. Special appreciation to Vy Vy, the manager, who rescued our self-inflicted booking fiasco with good grace and facilitated all excursions and onwards travel efficiently, picking up from the hotel itself. The whole experience was entirely positive. We stayed 3 nights and we're genuinely sad to say goodbye. My most enthusiastic review to date. Highly recommended.

Having to leave the most sincere staff and relaxing environment yet.

Location was good. A 15 minute walk into the town centre and then a short walk into the old town. The cook and her husband were friendly and the breakfast was quite satisfactory. The receptionist recommended a very good tailor and I had a couple of items made to measure. She also arranged for a mini van to take me to Hue when I left and I was very happy with that bus ride.

Noisy air conditioner. Towels were old and need to be replaced.

We didnt like the breakfast… You can choose from some simple dishes. But its nice that you have the option to eat breakfast at the hotel or go out. The laundry wasn’t clean after laundry service. After asking it appeared they wash by hand. Thats fine but this was done poorly.

The staff are excellent and welcoming. The area is close enough to all the action but set back enough to enjoy peace during the day and night. Rooms are large and comfortable. We thought it was a good value for the price.

Breakfast was a little repetitive but good. There are a lot of midges (no see ums for you Americans) which made sitting at breakfast or by the pool a struggle at times. This is not really the hotels fault but some extra fans or air circulation would help.

Beautiful villa, quiet location. Very friendly helpful staff. Super clean. Bikes for hire and the pool is wonderful after a hot sweaty day! Best massage slippers too, I would’ve loved to buy a pair off them!

Internet didn’t work the whole stay. Hot water seemed to stop after 8pm, late night shower was brisk!

The properly was perfectly located being only a 5 minute walk from the start of the ancient town and a 15 minute walk to the heart of the ancient town and especially the water front. The room was perfect. Clean and modern and comfortable and pretty well sized. The building is a bit old but the rooms don’t reflect that. They feel modern and up to date.

The facility is near to the old town and has all basic requirements. It was my anniversary and they arranged flower decor and cake for my wife. People are also very much helpful suggestions places to visit and arrange cab for Bana Hills & Coconut boat ride. Breakfast was good, no complain. Old town is 15 mins work, and you will have many food stalls nearby.

I had such a wonderful and comfortable time at the Villa. Vy took the time to offer me two rooms and I took a quieter one. The room was very clean and had everything that I needed. Vy always took the time to help recommend a tailor, places to go, tours and was there for whatever I need. The pool was very nice and relaxing and even the staff who could not speak English well were always eager to help and had a smile on their face. I would definitely go back again and appreciate the care they showed me as a solo traveler.

Such a lovely place - quiet, comfortable, great location and lovely helpful staff. Rooms were really clean and breakfast simple but a few options to choose from.

Only feedback is that you don't get a hand towel and it is hard to dry the towels in the room, but they will make up rooms every day if you leave the sign out :)
