I usually never write reviews but I just had to, because I don’t understand all the negative ones!! I genuinely had the best time here, if you’re thinking about booking this place. Do it!!! I’ve stayed here for a week and I wish I stayed longer. I stayed in a dorm for the first couple of nights and then I moved to a private room because I was doing my diving course and had to study and wake up early. both the rooms were so nice! I did my open water course here and I had the best experience with Balt! He is so experienced and he knows what he’s doing which made me feel really comfortable and safe. I managed to finish my open water course within 2 days and had the best time ever. I can’t even began to explain how nice the staff is here, they all welcomed me with open arms and everyone was so nice and hospitable. they made my stay here unforgettable!! They are just so helpful with everything. The food is good, the location is good, the place is clean and feels so cozy and like home. Just everything about this place is perfect. 10/10 would recommend this place!!! Can’t wait to come back here. So much love <3333

The staff behind the reception were amazingly kind and fun, thank you for your smile. The diving was also very good with them, very competitive price, good equipment and very experienced dive instructor.

Some areas of the place look unfinished. The food is not so good as what I had,small portions. Please work on your fries, or stop making them :)

Cheaper options available for longer term stays . A lot of work was being done on the bar area in time for high season which wasn’t ideal but will be good for people staying later in the year !

Good room size, good air conditioning, easy location.

Free breakfast was Filipino food only which was not suitable for myself, as a vegetarian. We had to pay additionally for anything else. Shower was not very good, barely any water came out.

The staff was super nice and helpful with everything, very flexible and open to adapt their diving plans to suit our preferences. Would definitely go back and recommend this place😁

Pool is Nice. Staff are nice and accomodating. Breakfast included is OK. Wifi works on the reception area.

Place could be clean up more. A lot of fallen leaves around. Trees and bushes are overgrown and not trimmed. My wife was was stuck in the bathroom due to faulty doorknob for about an hour.

Friendly worker, excellent service, reasonable price The dive shop has the best price in the island. And the dive master is very reliable

Great location, fantastic diving with the Shark's Tail crew, and excellent staff, it couldn't have been better!

it was very clean, the stuff was super friendly and the dive shop is awesome. really nice dive masters and instructors. if I get back to Malapascua, I’ll dive there again.

the resort was in a great location bed was comfortable and room was big. position near swimming pool perfect to relax around,staff were very helpful. I would stay there again
