The hotel is modern and clean. It lies within a short walking distance from the railway station, the Felsentherme and a supermarket. We were upgraded from the attic room to the ground floor one which was nice and spacious. The buffet breakfast was delicious, food was a really good quality. Both the young ladies who seemed to be running the entire hotel on their own were very nice, helpful and efficient.

You do get some traffic noise as the hotel is just off the main road. Also, though it might have been an oversight, soft boiled eggs served cold didn’t seem a great idea to us ;)

The staff was super welcoming and accommodating, we could safely store our bikes, breakfast was excellent and price-to-quality ratio was one of the best I've come across in Austria. There is also a supermarket right across the street.

We booked a double room but got a twin one which was also smaller because of an attic-style layout. At the end, it was not a big deal as we were only passing through and stayed for one night. Besides, the receptionist explained that it sometimes happens due to a system mix up, so perhaps it's just worth double checking once you book.

The location of this property is ideal and convenient with a great view of the mountains. Our room was very light and spacious with good bedding.

The check-in times and process were not too clear upon making the booking and it turned out there was a lock box, luckily someone was there to help us at the time we arrived. The shower head in our over the bath shower was cracked and sprayed water in all directions when we showered with required a bit of manoeuvring but we made it work. Probably needs replacing. I think it would also be nice to include a 'no cleaning' door sign in the room as we had the cleaner walk into our room on both days we were there whist we were still sleeping. I think it would also be better to have give the option to include /exclude breakfast as we had to pay for it even though we didn't use it.

It is a great hotel with friendly and helpful staff and management. The location is excellent with only 5 5-minute walk to the ski lift and the Therme. Breakfast was good. Eggs and sausages were freshly prepared every morning. Fresh bread and coffee were served. The management of the hotel and the staff did an excellent job.

The hotel and our room were very nice. Our family felt very comfortable. There is a supermarket right next door & in just a few minutes you can be in the center of Bad Gastein.

Dogs are allowed in the hotel, but not in the restaurant for breakfast. We didn't know that. An exception was made. Thank u for that! Our dog was calm the whole time. At the next table, a toddler screamed for about 1.5 hours non stop.

The owners and the staff were fantastic😇! Very friendly and flexible. No problems with anything, just easy going. The hotel is perfectly situated and the rooms clean and comfortable! Breakfast was good with a rich selection and freshness. The bar was not open every day but we had a really nice time when we came there. Again, the staff that run the bar were really social and fun😀! Nothing, really!

Ideally situated 5 minutes walk from the train station, the spa and the cable car. The room was lovely with comfortable bed and faced the cable car. The breakfast was varied and healthy and the staff were very helpful.

There’s nothing to dislike but we would have liked a kettle in the room to make tea/coffee.

The property is incredibly clean and has been recently refurbished. The owners and staff are very accommodating. The location of the property is excellent for the lifts, less than a 5 minute flat walk to the train station and stubnerkogel gondala. Would highly recommend and return.

Very hard to find fault. We had a Premier room and a bath would have been nice, but we were aware on booking this wasn't an option offered for this room. Perfect otherwise.

The beautiful hotel is in an exquisite location at the top of Bad Gastein. The room was clean, comfortable, and everything I needed as a solo traveler. They also had a place to store my bike. The hosts are very friendly and recommended a place for dinner. The breakfast was one of the best I had on my Alpe-Adria bike ride. I hope to come back and spend more time in this beautiful place! Location is perfect if you ski. There is a protected car parking, although it is paid additionally. Breakfast simple but sufficient. Staff very nice and helpful.
