Very friendly and helpful host. Beautiful room, well-equipped and spotlessly clean. High quality bedding. Own private jacuzzi with views across to Fira. Swimming pool and communal area looked great although we didn't use it. Breakfast is excellent and very good value.

A little difficult to find the location (Google maps not quite right). Not much within a short walking distance - Karterados itself has a couple of shops and tavernas while Fira is 15-20 minutes walk on narrow streets and under a hot sun -- you will need a car or taxis to get to the main attractions beyond (beaches, towns, architectural sites, etc.)

The excellent staff were a credit . Very accommodating , helpful and always available . accommodation had great furnishings . Netflex and many other channels on the large screen TV Excellent Wi-Fi . Excellent aircon Exceptional housekeeper. Fresh towels and great housekeeping everyday . Great pool . Great sunbeds . Lovely plants trees and flowers in well tended borders .

Lack of kitchen equipment . No chopping boards . No Vegetable knives for preparing salads ect . Plastic glasses would be good for when having drinks outside . No dishes to prepare salads and no colander for draining veggies ect . The only serving cutlery was a soup ladel . The in room safe was not in working order.

The location of Santa Mar Eco Suites is perfect, only a 15 min walk into Fira where you can get the local bus to anywhere on the island and it takes about 5 mins to walk to the nearest bus stop but they don't always stop there! The apartments are set in a very peaceful and private part of the island we were so glad we didn't stay overlooking the caldera as it didn't seem like the guests had much privacy there! The apartments and communal areas were kept beautifully clean. Plenty of parking space for a hire car if you decide to use one. Antreas was always on hand to arrange anything from trips to car hire and answered any queries very quickly. The surprise left for us on our last night was very kind and a fabulous touch!

The only criticism we could make is that there is not a chest of drawers to put clothes in and not enough hangers in the apartment.

The place is very close to the center of the island (Fira)- 5 minutes by car and 15 minutes by foot. It’s a boutique hotel so it’s very private. Everything is very clean and the staff is so nice. I wanted to celebrate my girlfriend’s birthday and the staff has organized everything so perfect. The attention to details, making sure we are having an amazing time. Definitely recommend this hotel for your trip to Santorini :)

Everything was perfect

Absolutely gorgeous property and a short walk from the main town. There are lots of shops and restaurants within the small town where the suite is located if you don’t want to walk far. There is also a bus stop 5 minutes away. Stella and her colleague were exceptionally helpful

I liked everything, if you are after a hands on reception desk or bar then this is not for you

These suites felt so elite and private. Quite often we had the pool area to ourselves. The hot tub was such a bonus. I thought it would be too hot to use it but in the evenings it was perfect to soak in. Nice peaceful location but still only 20-25 mins into Fira, so the best of both worlds here. :) The facilities were also really great and the staff were so happy and friendly. Not a bad word to say!

Great new apartments with private jacuzzi! Staff was really going all out for us. The pool area with the trees is beautiful. We used the apartment for remote working, the internet speed is great (around 60 Mbit/s).

You can walk into fira but we tried to avoid having to do it twice a day since it’s definitely a 25 min walk to most of the restaurants.

The site was beautiful, exceptionally clean, great cleaning staff. The two hosts were very friendly, resourceful and top-knotch. This was the best hotel we stayed at during our 3-week European vacation.

The resort was the sweetest one we have stayed in. Very tiny resort but with all amenities. Stella was excellent with check in, helping with places to go to, booking a cab etc. the room itself was very charming with a little kitchen for cooking. We loved our stay.

Excellent location for a breathtaking view of the ocean and its sunset. Hot tub and lounge chairs make it a home away from home. Highly recommended 😃
