The bathroom had a nice rain shower. Bed was comfortable. Host was attentive to our needs for example when we asked for a kettle and some cups so we could make hot drinks (although we were given a coffee in the mornings) Breakfast was included for which we were grateful, although a little more variety would have been better. It was though, excellent value for money so it is understandable that there were financial limitations around this.

There was nowhere to hang wet towels after showering. I think also some basic cutlery, bowls would be helpful. We went at the end of March and it was very cold at night, a duvet would have been helpful so that you don't have to use up energy putting the heating on.

Beautiful place, very welcoming and efficient staff, amazing view of the sea, very quiet location while being close to the city, good breakfast, comfortable bed, parking to park our rental car, private area, we loved our stay!

Nothing much to say, everytime we had an issue/or needed something, the staff was there for us to help us quickly and nicely so thanks a lot!

We loved our entire 10 day stay here. Great location (quiet and out of the way of the main tourist spots but could walk into the ‘city’ centre within about 15 minutes). Perfect for us who like the peacefulness but also enjoy staying active on holiday. The breakfast was also great, basic but did the job and meant we didn’t have to walk into town or buy any food or coffee before lunch. The walk may be a little more challenging if you’re not used to walking much (uphill in areas and gets very warm during the hottest parts of the day), but we did a lot of research and read the reviews before booking so we were fully aware of what to expect. As a young couple we didn’t have to get any taxis/transport back to the room for the entire trip (though we didn’t ever come back super late at night when it was much darker).

The rooms could be slightly cleaner - maybe just a paint needed. It wasn’t unclean but more looking a little bit tired in places.

Very good location , 10' minutes from fira with a vehicle, new & modern hotel & room, pool, nice breakfast and very big and comfy room. Also nice host since he served us with a later check out that we asked. Big and Island- style bathroom with towels etc.

The bathroom was clean,but for those that pay attention to details, there was much dust on the furniture and the floor needed to be vacuumed and swiped.

We liked a lot that it was not in Fira center so it was on a very quiet area, but still at a reasonable walking distance (about 10 mins to the bus station). The room was spacious, and the space downstairs was big and with a table for enjoying breakfast. The continental breakfast had a bit of everything, enough to get anyone started for the day. The view from the balcony was nice, and the swimming pool is big enough for a few strokes :) Comunication with the staff was fast, and the arranged transfered for the early ferry was worthy, not a personal taxi, but neither a full minibus either, and the price was ok (considering other companies we asked). Overall was a good value for price considering how expensive Santorini can be.

The place has a lot of potential, and once the surrounding plots are finished, there will lovely views from all angles. Despite the room being big, there was not enough place to hang the towels, and no bar to hang the 2 hangers provided. Also, we would have appreciated another set of pillows and an additional blanket (it rained and it was colder!).

The stay was excellent, the pool and the rooms are really nice. And the accommodation itself was beautiful and you have a good view of the sunrise. The property doesn't have many rooms, which we really liked as it allows you to stay more private. Breakfast is included, they bring it to your room, to the balcony or to the pool. The location of the accomodation is great. It's 7-10 minutes (by car) outside of town, which we personally liked better as it was quieter there. The host is really great, we like him a lot, he is one of the kindest person we got to know! Everyone is super nice and helpful, we got a lot of help with the transfer. We were always offered help and we were always helped if we needed anything. I recommend White Element to everyone planning their vacation in Santorini! We had a great time at White Element.

It was really quiet and felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. The rooms were huge and it backed right onto the pool. The staff were also really receptive and easy to deal with. We would 100% go back and recommend to friends, we loved our stay here.

It is about a 20 minute walk to town and there are a few hills. So if you don’t like walking maybe not for you. But we found this nice as the place was very quiet and we didn’t mind the walk.

It is a beautiful place about 25 minute walk from the centre of Fira. There is a bus route from the ferry port to Karterados, then another 10 minute walk is required to get to the property (and of course it's accessible by car). The hotel consists of multiple rooms with bathrooms that have private terraces to enjoy. Because we visited at winter time, the jacuzzi wasn't functioning, but as we stayed only for a night it wasn't a problem for us. The bathroom was well equipped and comfortable to use. Our host was very responsive and answered all of our questions promptly.

There was a kettle in the room, but there were no supplies for making coffee - there were just a couple of very small cups and a few teabags available with no spoons. There was a fridge in the room which was quite loud straight next to the bed, it didn't really bother us, but something to consider when planning your visit.
