Nat and his partner do a fantastic job running this amazing B&B. The rooms and shared spaces are impeccably clean, and the breakfast blew us away by how good it was along with the variety that was offered. There was a really cosy welcoming feel to it every time we came home there with lots of attention to details. The sound proofing was as expected being a house, and those in other rooms were really respectful of noise during our stay especially after 10pm. Shared bathroom was kept really clean with shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel being offered. Nat was really helpful and responsive with all sorts of recommendations. It's very impressive that he keeps this up along side his impressive research :) all the best. Thanks again! Zach + Anna

We loved absolutely everything about our room, it was just what we needed for our stay. It took about 5 minutes bus ride to get to it from St Aldate's, check-in instructions were easy, room as well as bathroom were very clean and comfortable, breakfast was great and all staff members were very kind and attentive. Would definitely stay here again when we return to Oxford, it felt like home. Thanks for everything ⭐

Shower pressure was not to our liking, it took a bit longer to wash yourself properly which can be a bit annoying if you want to have a quick shower and go to bed, so that's the only thing I'd adjust if possible.

The breakfast is Continental. There are many choices from cut meats to cheese, grapes, boiled eggs, breads and cereals. A really comprehensive choice. You can have as many teas or coffees as you wish. Fresh milk and or oat milk are always provided in the fridge. There's also a fridge dedicated to guests where you can store any perishable food. You are warmly welcomed by the owners, Roksi in my case. They are absolutely lovely caring people who try their best to make your stay wonderful. The cleanliness of the property is second to none! The City centre of Oxford is a steady 20 to 25 minute walk so a perfect location.

I stayed in a small double room which was adequate for my needs, but, if I stayed again, which I hope I will in the future, I would upgrade to a bigger room.

It was easy to drive to, close to bus stops, and ideal for my visit to Oxford. Parking spot was great. Everything was spotlessly clean. I had a downstairs room overlooking the garden, and the room was perfect for my needs (it was also at the back of the property away from the traffic). Breakfast was fantastic. Hosts were incredibly kind. The conservatory was a lovely bonus in the evening, somewhere I could eat an evening meal.

There wasn't anything I disliked, except on one night a fellow guest ignored the 10pm quiet house rule. That could have happened in any hotel or B&B and by 11pm the house was silent.

Nat and Roksi were AMAZING! Very responsive and supportive from the time I booked until the time I checked out. They stayed in email contact with me to help me add an extra day to my stay and make arrangements to add a colleague to my booking. Whatever questions I had, they were there on the spot. The location is great! Minutes walk from the bus stop which can take you to the middle of Oxford in a few minutes or if you prefer to walk (which I did a few times) you can get to the center of town in about 25-30mins on foot. Lovely breakfast and 24hr tea and coffees! Spotless rooms and bathrooms!

The walls are a little thin so a fellow guest could hear me talking during an online business meeting and got upset. It's not something that most holidaymakers would have to worry about (Nat and Roksi handled it beautifully!!)

Here’s a summary of my stay: Positives: • Location: Cornerways B&B is conveniently located, making it easy to explore Oxford’s historic sites and attractions. • Hospitality: The hosts were incredibly welcoming and accommodating, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. • Breakfast: The breakfast was delicious, with a good variety of options to choose from, catering to different dietary needs. • Comfort: The room was cozy and well-maintained, providing a comfortable space to relax after a day of exploring.

Shared Bathroom: The bathroom is shared, but it was kept quite clean throughout my stay.

Roksi & Nat are exceptional hosts, warm, friendly, and quick to respond to any questions. I received clear and concise communication on how to access the property. Our room was perfect, we could control the temperature, and the windows opened to allow fresh air into the room. The continental breakfast offered many options to include breads, cereals, yogurt, meat, and cheeses as well as tea, coffee, and juice. The house was immaculate, and they even provided coffee or tea throughout the day. The dining area had a microwave, water kettle, and small fridge that we were able to use and with a Tesco within a 4-minute walk, all was perfect. The city bus stops close to the house to allow for easy access into Oxford City Center. A perfect location and the perfect hosts, what more could you ask for?

Our stay was too short! :(

great value for a budget room. Live in landlords provide guest rooms in a house.Very friendly and helpful. i wanted to stay here so i could go and see iffley meadows nearby for the snake's head fritillary's in the nature reserve, a rare flower in abundance here, sadly the weather didn't produce much of a crop this year. nice walks down the river though. it's a 10 minute walk away. I'd recommend the walk down the river to Iffley Lock and village, it's charming. Easy access into oxford from frequent buses, parking offroad nearby make sure you book in advance before your stay. Lovely hosts, clean rooms. Good selections for continental breakfasts. Just help yourself. There is a conservatory which serves as the dining room and breakfast rooms, which you can use in the evenings if you want to dine on a take out. Also an attractive garden to sit in the warmer months.

i found it a little awkward being a big guy with a 50 inch waist but i would be most happy to stay here again. The walls are not the thickest so one must be considerate at night of other guests in adjacent rooms, but you could say the same for most pub rooms.

Lovely hosts, great breakfast, clean and comfortable room. A walkable distance from the centre of Oxford if you're a good walker but plenty of busses if you're not. Car parking was great hosts very accommodating with this.

Tea and coffee making facilities in the room were limited. They were available downstairs but it would have been good to have some normal (black) teabags in the room and at least some UHT milk for that early morning cuppa before going down for breakfast. Fruit teas were there in abundance.

I found the place perfect for a business trip. While not being in the very city center it is well connected by bus. The room was spotless clean and situated right next to the bathroom door. During my 5 days of stay I have never seen anyone else using the bathroom and it felt almost like a private one. I would like to point out extremely detailed check-in instructions provided before the arrival. That made my self check-in and check-out very smooth.

The water pressure in the shower was rather low, but I found it a very common problem during my stays in various B&B in Oxford.
