The property is located near a black sand beach and has beach access a minute away. It's almost like a private pebble beach with beautiful blue waters. The staff is unbelievably helpful and polite. Highly recommended for all kinds of guests.

As we were vegetarians, there are not many options . They had limited breakfast only. But the view from our cottage was really good. The water in the shower area and wash basin was little salty though.

Very stylish, peaceful, quiet hotel. The free pick up and drop off at the port was a really good and much appreciated service. Staff were very friendly, polite, efficient and helpful. Lovely infinity pool with view overlooking the sea - beautiful. Room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Big bed, good air con and all the facilities you would need. Lovely big verandah. Pretty, open air bathroom with good shower. Spa services were good.

Breakfast could have been better - the main part was fine but the fruit plate was too small for one person let alone two. You also had to pay if you wanted a second cup of tea or Bali coffee - just felt a bit mean. Some choices were not available. The location means you do need transport to get places.

The location is superb. The infinity pool overlooks the sea. They arranged floating breakfast as well. And the to and fro drop from/to the Banjar Nyuh port was very helpful. The rooms are super spacious, with a variegated washroom with plants and vernonia creepers adding to the beauty. Strongly recommended for stay in Nusa Penida.

True luxury from when we arrived at the hotel, luggage taken to our room, air conditioned room with TV and outdoor ensuite bathroom, bottles of water provided every day, ocean view, infinity pool happy hour cocktails, spa on site, restaurant and bar well designed - Special mention to Ari at Front Office who was very helpful and the ladies in the spa - best massage weve both had

Tours provided were not really a tour, you’re basically hiring an driver to take you round the island to a few nice places, couple of problems which were more unfortunate such as spa gun not working for aromatherapy treatment and a few of the sun lounger cushions being washed meaning we couldn’t lay comfortably by the pool on one of the days (probably better doing this overnight instead of during the day) also restaurant food choice was not local cuisine, we preferred the restaurant down the road called Ogix Warung

The stuff were amazing, the pool was so clean and the water was perfect, the vue is even better, Also, they have a spa in there, where u can have great massage, the entire spa stuff was great as well, but Auo was the best For the meals, i loved the breakfast and the free floating board, was just wow I loved my stay and i am definitely coming back

Everything was amazing, but this place is mainly for chilling and have some good times disconnected from the world, as it is a bit far from the center And for the beach, you cannot swim in, but still nice to sit by

The hotel is located in a quiet area, a cozy cottage and a good bed. The swimming pool and the entire pool area are nice, the pool has a beautiful view of the sea. The staff was friendly and communicating with them was easy and smooth.

The rooms are close to each other. If there happen to be people in the next room who don't know how to take other hotel guests into account and for example make noise late, the sounds can be heard in your own room quite clearly. At breakfast, you could choose one free portion from the list. It didn't necessarily take away the hunger completely.

I was extremely surprised by the level of service of staff, they were superemly accomodative welcomed us by giving a pickup from port with a welcome drink at reception and amazingly decorated room with sea view, the staff was always warm and made sure to greet with smile and were able to exceed the expectations of stay, Nita at front desk was very very amazing and made sure all the guest are happy and comfortable during stay, entire team good job

The location was just fantastic. At that time it was windy and just sitting in the restaurant was beautiful. Amazing view from the room and restaurant. Sunrise was just like a dream. The staff is extremely helpful and wonderful I wish every hotel have the staff just like this one. Shout out to Aria and Nita for their help all along. I would love to visit this property again and would recommend it 100%
