I had to leave very early the next day; I told Rosa that I would be gone before they started serving breakfast. Rosa packed me a sandwich/snack bag for the long bus ride. It made me feel very special.

The price. I paid 120 for the Arcos room, when I returned to Nijha a stayed in Hostal San Miguel. only $40 bucks for a room for the night, the shower was ten times better.

Everything! The room was gorgeous... big bathroom, clean spacious, mini bar fridge, super comfortable king bed had an excellent sleep. Quiet surroundings. The bar offers happy hour from 5-9 had a nice visit and staff were wonderful and friendly. The attached restaurant looked good checked out the prices and they were really reasonable... we didn't eat because we were so full from paella earlier, however we would definitely try it if we went back. We had breakfast included nice atmosphere out in the garden patio area, good selections and variety.

They only had tea bags in the room would be nice to have a couple instant coffees other then that... no complaints

Check in was excellent. We arrived a few hours before the check in time of 2pm and the member of staff on the reception desk could not have been more helpful, offering to let us store our luggage at the reception desk until our room became available. We made use of the bar facilities until our room was ready, drinks prices are reasonable and the outside area very comfortable and relaxing. Our room was very spacious, clean and well maintained with a huge bed. Ceiling fan and air con was great to have and cooled the room nicely! The balcony is very spacious with sun loungers and a table and chairs. Pool area was lovely, well laid out and had ample sun loungers. The pool is also a good size and the water crystal clear and clean. Breakfast was nice, consisting of hot dog type sausages, scrambled eggs, bacon, cereals and the usual continental breakfast items. The hotel is situated not far from Burriana beach, seafront bars and cafés and shops. There is a Mercadona supermarket just next to the hotel for any bits and pieces you may need. We had really enjoyable stay. Can't praise the staff enough! They were so friendly and welcoming. Would definitely stay here again.

There was nothing I didn't like!

Initially we were given a large room on the ground floor but with no view and no useable outside space. When we complained we were moved to the first floor in a smaller (but adequate) room with a view as advertised and immediate access to the pool.

Breakfast was acceptable but very repetitive. Location is outside central Nerja. Too far to walk. We needed our hire car.

Basic breakfast but plenty of it. Lovely staff. Nice restaurant attached to hotel. Guests are not allowed to reserve sunbeds. Pool towels provided

We had the best stay here. The hotel is lovely and calm and peaceful, especially around the pool area. Our baby properly did cause a bit of noise however we were made to feel so welcome. The hotel is spotlessly clean. The cleaners gave our room a thorough clean each day. The staff were so warm and welcoming.

The location probably isn’t ideal. However that’s why the hotel is so lovely and peaceful. We under estimated how long it would take us to walk to the beach and Balcon de Europe. Even though it’s not technically far it is very hilly.

The balcony was large, the bed was very comfortable. Room was spacious and bright. There was a bus stop nearby and supermarket.

Our room was near the reception area so during the day it was quite noisy - at night a door was closed near our room. We had been travelling all night prior to arrival and wanted a quick sleep in the afternoon. Was noisy. The hotel should keep a schedule of the buses for guests.

Even though this hotel was on a busy road it was quiet. We had a lovely large, spacious room with a beautiful large balcony - wished we had stayed longer to fully utilize it. Nice shower. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay here again. A little bit of a distance to the old town but easily walkable. There is a large supermarket next door. Breakfast was ok but offered warm and continental options. Would recommend this hotel.

We stayed in a Junior Suite room it was really lovely and big. The beds were comfy and the air con worked well. The swimming poole area was great, it was nice and relaxing. The staff are friendly, helpful and always said Hello.

It seems as though they need more staff especially in kitchen and on reception. The ladies working there seem to be rushed off their feet all the time. They work hard and could do with more support. We struggled with noise from the other rooms, we could hear other people through the walls most nights, such as banging, walking on the floor and talking. The rooms could do with mugs and tea/coffee to drink.
