The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, really good one, the shower cabin was huge and very comfortable. the Bathroom generally was very good. Nice place for one or two nights stay. We visited Hamburg for the football, so it was fine stay, the Georgian Fan meeting was right under it. Have not met the staff at all, checked in and checked out on my own.

The staff worked from 11:00 to 18:00, weird time to work for a hotel. The place is not very good generally, not close to city center. For the football games it was overpriced too much. 500 euros for 2 nights is not a good deal.

Good, basic, accommodation, no frills. Location very convenient for concert in Barclays arena nearby. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, and shower water pressure was great. Managed to arrange an early check in, just be aware it is 10 euro extra (personally didn't mind paying this as it was preferable to dragging suitcases around the city centre).

No air-conditioning in the room, room was very warm and stuffy. Thankful for small fan, but it wouldn't be enough in warmer times. Fair enough, I didn't think this would be required in October, but definitely something to keep in mind if visiting in summer. No soft furnishings in the room to absorb noise, so we could hear people in the corridors and the next room (could hear someone snoring). Not a deal breaker, but also something to keep in mind.

We stayed for 2 nights to attend the concert at Volkspark stadion,which we could easily reach by foot in 15 minutes. Also loved S-Bahn station right next to the hotel and frequent trains that made exploring and getting downtown very easy. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms where clean,spacious,loved the fan and window shutters. Grocery store is very close by,bakery and a little kiosk right infront of the hotel. We didn't have kettle in our room,which would come in handy especially if staying longer but all in all amazing place for a short weekend stay,would definitely recommend!

The hotel is just amazing. I liked the rooms very much. They are rather big, clean and really modern. The staff is really trying to help in everything and they were very helpful every time when I needed. I will definitely recommend the hotel and will definitely come back when I will be in Hamburg again.

The area where the hotel is situated, at the first sight seemed to be not very friendly (the hotel is just next to the station where always there were a lot of people, sometimes they were drunk and looked suspicious. . As I was alone there, I was worried about that. But during my stay nothing bad happened, so maybe it just seemed to me. Also 2 times it happened that the room that was paid online when I tried to do a check-in in the atm downstairs, it asked me to pay again. But the staff figured it out when I called them. So it was not really a problem.

-Very close to the Volksparkstadion (directly from the hotel you can take the shuttle to the concert) -a small kitchen in the room (without the stove though) -clean and modern design

-very hot in summer, doubled windows that are difficult to open -very loud area as the train station and a huge street are right next to the hotel (the airport too - you will hear every airplane)

- room smelled a lot like smoke. must‘ve been an old smokers building, couldn‘t get rid of the smell. - floor felt kind of greasy from the cleaning soap. Only walked with my shoes on. - builing is a bit old, so are the IKEA furniture. eventhough, nicely decorated - reception is only occupied 3h a day! but there‘s an emergency number with someone available (are there super quickly!)

Great hotel, situated right next to Stellingen Station on the S Bahn, offering great connectivity throughout the city. The room was spacious and very quiet due to the superior triple glazing, and a great shutter to keep out the light on short summer nights. Couldn't ask anything more.

Absolutely nothing

The girl in the reception was really nice. She explained everything to me, and her english was very good I had no problems at all. Also the room was really nice, comfy and clean. The whole building was clean and smelled fresh. I liked the little decorations here and there. Very interesting.

Probably the mirror that covered the window. It was okay and very functional it was just a first for me and made a little uncomfortable.

Clean rooms, friendly staff. We had three double rooms (6 friends) and one room was very large, the others really small - so if you need more space you might need to ask. Location was perfect for us, easy access to center by sbahn

The staff was a nice, the room was clean and comfortable. The desk space was a bit small, but manageable.

There was a bit of a smell coming from the bathroom, but with the exhaust on it was fine. After showering it also got better.
