THE LOCATION IS PERFECT, HAD ROOMS WITH LAKE VIEW, ROOMS WERE CLEANED WITH COMFY BEDS AND MATTRESSES, TV ALSO HAD GOOD CHANNELS WITH TO WATCH, SIZE WAS BIT SMALLER THEN REQUIRED. LOBBY AREA WAS ALSO NEAT AND CLEAN, AND THE STAFF WAS VERY COOPERATIVE AT THE FRONT DOOR. JUST THEY NEED TO INCREASE THE STAFF AT RECEPTION FOR CHECK-IN-OUT, ME N OTHERS NEED TO WAIT A BIT TO CHECK IN AND OUT. BREAKFAST IS ALSO GOOD AND PRICE WORTHY.

I HAD 3 ROOMS 715 -716-718, I HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE HAVING COCKROACHES IN ROOM 719, WHICH I INFORMED ALREADY AT RECEPTION UPON CHECKING OUT, THE REST WAS NOTHING BAD. SEEMS LIKE THEY TOOK IMMEDIATE ACTION TO HANDLE THAT .

I have great experience during my stay. Unfortunately, the service during breakfast was not great as other services. Beginning I wanted to complain about this, but then later I can see all staff are struggling during the morning breakfast. So I think this is not staff issues, more to management to handle. If hotel are working with full capacity, the hotel must have contingency plan to handle. Otherwise u will get unpleasant complaint from customer. Don’t take my comment as something negative. This is for improvement. Thank u

At my request, the hotel packed breakfast for me and it was a generous packed spread. And the breakfast was packed on time as promised. The beds were comfortable. There are (normal) electric sockets for you to charge your electric or hybrid car [just fix your own plugs] in the car park and allocated car park bays [which unfortunately can be taken up by non hybrid/electric car/patrons] - a plus for the guest and friendly to the environment.

Better choice of restaurants but then again i am guessing this hotel only has many guests when there are events/seminars going on so its current choice of restaurants would be adequate for its patrons.

Lovely room but agree with others that carpets need a deep clean Liked the gym and pool area (great view of the mosque if you don’t have one from your room) Room service was efficient and lovely food Amazing choice for breakfast. It’s self service but you can get omelettes made to order which were amazing

Didn’t appreciate how staff assumed my card was at fault first (insufficient funds) when it was actually the connection on their machine that was causing the rejection Safety deposit box (which I couldn’t use) made a ticking sound but it was dealt with efficiently Sauna is self service so doesn’t heat up in time for use

The view was beautiful with a stunning view of the river and the buffet breakfast was superb. Good size room and good facilities. Very comfortable and big bed with a quality mattress. Provided a pic of the river that can be seen from our river with the bridge.

The room could have been a little cleaner (as it has carpet we found a little mess on it). I could not access any service such as the reception or in room services via the hotel phone. The WiFi password supplied was not correct either.

Friendly staff, variety of breakfast selections from local to continental, every room is facing lake view, location is superb so easy to go for walking, jogging, cycling and attending public functions. The room is cosy with good air-conditioning. Able to choose for connecting room for family.Toilet amenities are commendable. Water pressure was good.

Parking ticket validation for in-house guests. Every time you want to go out you need to validate the ticket first. However this is not major since the front desk staff is available.

The breakfast is the best ..lots of variety...love it. The room is very nice looking out the lake n room quite spacious with bath tub..bath tub so unique..u can keep an eye on your child because the wall separating the bathroom and bed is transparent yet can also be covered with the blinds..very recommended for holiday destination or short vacation

The pool...small and old..imagine if there are many visitors at a time..pool will be so crammed

I was a bit disappointed. Call for service because the bathub didn't function properly. They said they will send technician but no one comes. Even the parking should be free for guests but when there's an event and the parking is full, guest need to pay for valet parking, they shoud made an exception for guest. Anyway I think that can be improve in future.

Extremely beautiful 😻 in fact the photos are nothing compared to seeing the rooms live . Very modern & beautiful.

To be honest, I liked everything about the hotel . However, I saw not one , two or three cockroaches 🪳. That was the only deal breaker. I even took a picture of one small roach. I gues it’s because of the in room dining. Kindly do something it’s disgusting to see roaches in such a beautiful room.

they accept cash or physical card payment. the limited options of food in the restaurant . moreover, the air conditioning system in the restaurant and lobby is not cooling properly. and the thermostat for the air conditioner in the room is not functioning and the temperature is either extremely cold when on so you have to turn off the a/c after awhile. then, again turn it on to cool the room again which is bothering us. moreover, the lights switches is confusing, we faced some difficulties to manage the lights in the room.
