I have stayed in this hotel for several time and this time I was upgraded into Junior Suite, tq. Bed is confortable and many pillows provided. Aircond was so cold... tq for not centrally setting the aircond temp and let the guests set their own room temperature. Besides room keys were given 2 sets for the guests and it's very convenient especially if the guests come in family or with friends who might have different purpose of staying

One of the reason why this is one of my chosen hotel in Putrajaya because the location is just beside Alamanda Shopping Mall. But this time the mall is undergo some construction and half of it was closed. And I was frustrated to see some stains on the bath towel...please improve the service

Check in was smooth. Got clear directions from the front desk staff. Bed was great - love the semi double! Like the fact that the hotel tried to be eco friendly by giving the "duck" notices about towels but although I hung mine up (no change), it was changed. Not complaining, just saying. great wifi connection - very easy to get connected and stay connected. No issues with moving my laptop all over the room. Better than the gym - the walk about the lake.

I asked for a room near the elevator but the room I got was about 6 doors away - maybe my room type wasn't available. Beddings had visible black dirt marks. Scum and mold growth on toilet joints. Breakfast was ok. Not what I would expect from a 4 star hotel. But at RM30 per person, it's an ok value. I wouldn't pay for the breakfast option again though. Would have liked to choose tea flavour for breakfast rather one for all. The Roomies app - I downloaded it expecting to be able to cast it on the tv. Uninstalled the app and went back to my usual streaming site on my laptop.

Room superb eventhough most of my friends keep saying this is old hotel.. I have no idea what kind of old they talking about🤣. I Love my room from 13th floor eventhough down below Alamanda renovation in progress. Early check in and no hussle when asking few things from housekeeper. I have my own privacy with family since we were quite havoc and played few games during 3d2n stay🤣. Breakfast ok. Quite helpful frontliner since I have called 2 times before check in and during my check in. Alamanda just beside the hotel walking distance. Quite enjoyable surrounding with part of room facing lake.

So far nothing to complaint.

The room is comfortable.

1. The toilet bowl not clean. Can see the stains. 2. The receptionist(eswari) should more smile toward customers and do speaks in mother tounge if the customer speaks in tamil. Its not a complaint, its a recommendation. 3. The glass water bottle which provided in the roo. should be sealed and not just a sticker stating it with sealed. (Rather why not just provide normal plastic water bottles 4. Recommended to list down the tv channel list that available in the room. 5. Breakfast 5/10. Suggestion: can serve kuih tradisional, nasi lemak, desserts

Strategic location in Putrajaya. Variety of tasty breakfast.

I’ve been here last year 2023. I really like your hotel, Deluxe King Room with Smart TV with Youtube & Netflix, Bath tub, Coffee Maker, Microwave, Mug, Fridge with some soft drinks. This year, my expectation like last year, but with Deluxe King Room with the same price, I don’t have all those facalities like last year i stay there. I don’t know if I not booking at that room, or it might be that room change its package.

What a superb room. Out of my expectation!! Decoration, cleanliness, swimming pool was superb. Some more, we got free high tea during our stay. Inside the room, there is a Dolce Gusto coffee maker for those who love to drink coffee, and free soft drink inside the freezer. 2 TV's provided, one at the living room, and one at bed room (for executive suite) with free Netflix and YouTube. Alamanda is only beside the hotel, just walk only to go there. Highly recommended for family stay!! I really enjoy stay at this hotel!!

Nothing. All was superb!!

Everly is very strategically located. It's right behind Alamanda Shopping Centre, so you can literally just walk there if you are looking for easy food outlets. My room had a beautiful view of the lake and guest are able to access the pathways surrounding the lake if you are interested in a workout session. The pool is on the small side, so in the late afternoons during peak days it can get quite congested. The food was delicious, not to big a spread but enough to satisfy foreign and local taste buds. The staff were lovely and efficient, and the room was clean. Parking space is ample, two floors for guest and I drive a mini SUV, the ramps had sufficient width to ensure easy maneuvering. It was a great staycation trip, definitely stay there again.

Variety of buffet breakfast, The location is near Alamanda and the environment is so nice. We enjoyed the scenery of the lake. Bicycle rental is so cheaper.

The dining area is too crowded, No PIC at the gym even 2 different times went there to rent a bicycle and had clashed with another customer due to the last item left.. The pool is limited because of the small area and seems like more for kids.

The room is spacious, comfortable and clean. The bath tub is a little bit on the small side, but it's enough for my 2 y/o son to splash around in it. They have a Nescafe Dolce Gusto machine in the room, with complementary capsules, which my wife and I enjoyed it. The highlight of the stay is the location. It's just a walking distance to Alamanda and the view of the lake from our room is scenic, even though it's a man-made lake. We enjoyed a morning walk along the edge of the lake in the morning. Will definitely come again.

The single bed was large such as super single can accommodate 2 thin person actually.. it was clean and the staffs were very helpful even when our door was lock.. the location very close to alamanda shopping mall just in walking distance

The breakfast actually was good but i was suppose to get breakfast with the room but when i looked again to the booking the breakfast wasn't included.. maybe it was my mistake or just internet marketing trick that cheat customers.. so i just walked in for RM40 per head for me and my colleague.. well will be careful again with internet marketing .. overall the food was good.
