It’s a very new hotel. Location is great. The architectural design, construction materials, functionality, ease of operations, use of natural light, comfortness, are all perfect. the atrium is very nice. they make best use of natural light and fresh air. The first time I saw that beds are built solid from the ground with concrete. Everything is squeaky clean, for example the floor tiles don’t stick dirt and dries quickly. There’s complimentary breakfast and water. The room is cleaned everyday, but luckily they respect conservation and don’t change the bedsheets.. The entire atmosphere is very thoughtful for guests. they don’t serve protein for breakfast, but the very nice lady made scramble eggs for me.

It is very expensive!

The facility is beautiful, especially the garden a delight. The owner and her staff did everything to make us feel comfortable and well cared for. Everything was very clean, the beds comfortable.

The lights outside my bedroom and across from it lit up the room at night. Thankfully I had eye shades to help me out. I would recommend that black-out shades be installed.

The location was quite nice, and the staff were very helpful and friendly. We had our dog with us, and while there is a charge of 500 pesos, they were very welcoming and sweet with her. They also provided us with extra blankets (including one for her). The garden is lovely, and the room was clean and comfortable. Parking was easy (we ended up just parking on the street right in front of the hotel). We really enjoyed Mascota and the climb to the top of the hill the next day.

Hotel was central to most things. Beautiful garden and a plus was the small continental breakfast provided everyday. Just the necessities.

It was humid when we went so I was surprised it didn’t have AC however every room has a fan that surprisingly made it fresh and I don’t feel like the AC was needed after all.

We loved the hotel. It’s beautiful and quiet and exceptionally clean. The staff is wonderful. The garden patio in the middle of the hotel is gorgeous and I loved meditating in the early morning.

The breakfast is good and much appreciated,but could use variety especially if staying more than a night. The coffee could use improvement too.

The hotel is beautiful, with an incredibly lush garden in the center. The rooms are very nice, nice mattress and bedding, squicky clean. They offered a simple breakfast, nothing extravagant but good quality. The staff was great, and the owner was very nice, giving us a bunch of recommendations about nice places to visit. Very nice little stay.

Lovely staff and very helpful. Really well looked after place and clean. Access to the kitchen and clean hot & cold water throughout the day. Nice continental breakfast.

It would have been nice to have a fridge in the room, or at least one in kitchen for guests use.

I made a good choice for my family to stay. Receptionists Diana was so nice and gave us so much good information for us to have a good time in Mascota. The cleaning ladies were so helpful and happy to help us. We felt safe staying their. Amazing view in the patio and rooms were so clean and well taken care of. If I come back soon I will definitely stay at this hotel again. Thank you for letting us have a safe and good vacation.

Friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful place to stay. . Very clean and comfortable. Highly recommend. Warm shower water.. cleaned everyday.

The rooms were in excellent condition. Staff does a great job cleaning and maintaining the property.
