Very nice hotel in Panamá City. The staff were great, very kind and helpful. Housekeeping is top notch! The metro is just a few steps away as well as lots of restaurants and a grocery store.

The breakfast buffet is very basic. If it's not included in your rate, don't pay the extra $14USD.

The hotel and the room were beautiful and very comfortable- our expectations exceeded. We ate at the restaurant to avoid leaving as we had an early morning ahead of us. They had large servings and the food was delicious- which wasnt our experience in most of Panama. The terrace on the 12th floor was amazing. And so was the view from our room on the 13th

They have to figure out the parking situation. The concierge ended up telling us to park on the (busy) street or in front of the hotel because she couldn't figure out how to explain the location of the hotel parking. We had to back into the exit because the entrance was blocked by another vehicle. They also had no washcloths when we were there- only hand towels and larger towels to dry off with.

Location

Their breakfast was awful. They did not give you more then 1 omelet. Even if you paid for your breakfast, they only gave you one! Why? Every other hotel gives you what you ask of them. Disappointing.

The bed was very comfortable the bathroom, toilet, and hot water was perfect. The hotel is located near two casinos, supermarkets, banks, restaurants, and bars. I can always stay here again.

I spend one night. The only thing is a moldy smell in the corridor to the room.

Big clean room and bathroom. Very comfortable bed. They kept restaurant open so we could order glass of wine and sandwich at 10:00 pm.

Location difficult for taxis to find

It was perfect for me . The location was convenient and reachable for my self and my cologues who came to visit me at the hotel .

Nothing as such

The hotel room was actually quite comfortable and while I did some remote work, I enjoyed the fact that there was a small area with a couch surrounded by windows (natural light) which made working from there pleasant. WiFi didn't fail so that was good and coming in from the humid heat outside into the nice AC room was a really enjoyable relief from the heat. Staff were friendly and at least for what I did, the area was totally fine with many nice restaurants nearby. A building nearby seems a bit abandoned but don't let the "eeriness" of an abandoned building fool you into thinking is a bad area. Had a bakery not too far and even a starbucks but best was to have many food options for when I only had 1 hour to run and grab a bite and then return for remote work.

The couch could have been a bit more comfy (fluffier) and it was on the study side but the bed was plenty comfy which is what really matters. The coffee machine was not the best, but had a starbucks and 2 other coffee places within walking distance so it was no mood killer.

The property is clean, staff is friendly. Bed are comfy. Within food distances, restaurant on site. Breakfast was amazing. My kids look fwd to breakfast everyday we spent.

A few hiccups, I think the plan bathroom was poorly constructed. Water gushes out when we shower, until we found a solution for the problem. The sink started getting clogged on day 2 which was bananas cause I hate a clogged sink. The refrigerator didn’t cool. Ask for a change, think they did but still wasn’t cooling enough like how I needed it. Apart from that the stay was AMAZING!

Good wifi. Good bed. good restaurant.

Shower head wasn’t in a good position so had to hand hold it

The room was lovely and the quietest place I have ever stayed in. If you knew where to look there were great restaurants nearby but directions from staff were a little vague.

They advertised a restaurant but didn't have one. I changed my booking on booking.com and it was confirmed - I had the email but the hotel had no record of it. I booked an airport pick up and received confirmation . When I rang to find out where I would find the driver they told me I didn't have a booking. I had to phone 4 times before I got any sense out of them. I gave up and grabbed an uber which was much cheaper than what they had quoted me for the cab..
