Location and pool

Both my parents and I felt the bedsheet/comforters were not clean enough. We have itchiness sleeping on the beds

The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. The facilities are well kept and the greenery is lush and beautiful. The AC in the rooms worked wonderfully and there is not much traffic noise considering the location is in the middle of Seminyak. There is a complimentary 15 min foot massage and the therapist we had was so lovely.

The only thing I didn't like was some of the ants in the room, however that is very difficult to control. There was also ant repellent available in the room which was helpful.

Location is great. You are within minutes away from great coffees, bakeries, restaurants, supermarket, spa, etc. To the beach it is 1km away. Unfortunately it is not really convenient to walk on the street in Bali. But, the hotel offered us free shuttle to the nearby beach or to Seminyak square (about 1km distance). What I really liked is, once you enter the property you will feel a different atmosphere. It is not a resort so we found the hotel was conveniently quiet and you could relax from the hustle in the city. We booked a two bedroom villa with private pool. The villa is very spacious, with really spacious master bedroom. The villa got 2 separate living rooms, whereas the 2nd living room can be accessed both outside or from the 2nd bedroom. In the 2nd living room, there is another pantry with water dispenser and dining area. The property itself is very clean and has every basic thinhs you need. Even in the laundry room they provided liquid detergent. There are sufficient amount of cutlery provided. Another thing to highlight is the staff. From front until the cleaning service staff, they are very attentive, friendly, helpful. One of the best I have seen during many years of traveling. 1 day prior our departure, the washing machine was broken, and the staff offered to do our laundry for free. Also, one thing to mention is, eventhough the hotel was full booked during our stay, but we saw not so many people... because they had private terrace in every room so you won't see anyone except in the pool area (which is also very rare😀) All in all, we were satisfied and would recommend the property for everyone, couple or family who look after quiet, relaxing place to stay in Seminyak.

There is actually nothing we didn't like. But just beware that you are staying by the nature, with many trees, so it is common to see bugs. We saw 1 spider, a centipede, and there were flies in the evening/at night so do not forget to have the main door remain closed!! And also, there is no restaurant in the hotel but again, you will find many good ones within minutes of walking, and online food delivery is also easy. Last thing to add, it would be great to have a bathtub in the villa, but this won't fault our stay 😊

I stayed here just for one night before I flew home. I thought it was very well located, within walking distance to my fav spots in Seminyak. The pool area was great, the rooms had quite a bit of detail with regards to facilities I did not expect. EG a water cooler, a small kitchen inc microwave. Rooms were spotless and the staff very friendly. I'd stay here again for sure.

Maybe they need new towels by the pool?

We loved our week here. The staff were exceptional. Nothing was a problem and they made us feel so welcome. Incredible customer service. Everything was perfect from the warm welcome with the wee card and the gorgeous elephant on our bed to the farewell when we left. Spacious room with a divine bed. So comfortable. The air con was awesome. We loved the outside area to sit in as it was private and peaceful. A free shuttle service, when a driver is available was a huge plus as it is a wee walk in the heat. The pool squabs were very comfortable and the pool was always clean and inviting. I loved how there was a supermarket across the road but we never used it as there are restaurants everywhere just minutes away. Walking back into the Villa felt like going into a tropical oasis as it felt peaceful and calm with soothing music playing. There was a small gym and a bakery beside the Villa. Having a washing machine in our Villa was amazing and also loved the hot and cold filtered water unit. Congratulations to the amazing staff for all you do to make this such a special place. See you next time!

Loved it all. Just having a small clothes rack to hang clothes inside would have been great.

The staff are wonderful and a special shout-out to Ayu who sent a driver to get a pair of glasses that I left at a nearby restaurant. Lovely and personable! Also, filtered water available in the room..

A very small thing - not enough places to hang towels or clothes after using the washing machine. The shower temperature was mildly warm, not hot enough. But these are not a big deal!

fabulous location with many eateries, spas, cafes, Seminyak village, beach clubs.... The room is very clean and neat. We were so happy to have 4 pillows and the bed is very comfortable. The staffs very helpful. We simply love the guesthouse. Will come back again.

the bathing water pressure is a bit small and the basin drainage is slow.

The staff were so lovely,greeting you as you leave & return each day, helpful with everything. Their is a driver who can drop you at any destination within Seminyak, great service. The private ground level villas are great, with an open outdoor area with a day bed to lounge on, still private for you. We stayed in a superior room, the beds were very comfortable. The swimming pool was clean & inviting. We never had time to use the gym, but it looked good if you wished to flex your muscles. We went twice to the Day Spa, good massages & foot reflexology, very clean & reasonable price. Buka restaurant was handy for coffee & breaky, enjoyed a few cocktails there after a long day out. We were lucky to be entertained a few nights with a great singer and band. There are many options to eat, all close by on the same street. Thank you to Kadek, Dita, Komang, Teguh, Trainees Triyana & Viga, the cleaners who serviced our room daily if you wanted it, and all other staff whose names I can't remember 😀 A memorable first stay in Bali.❤️

Wow! Where to begin.. The staff were exceptional, friendly, detail oriented and attentive. Could speak English very well, wish I could speak Indonesian! Shout out the the traffic guy that flagged traffic so we could get into the street whenever we were about to leave! This place is like nothing else you could find in Seminyak - Although it's on a popular street, I cannot say I heard traffic once past the reception area. The layout of the rooms at the back of the land was designed perfectly. The plants everywhere sets a nice ambience. Nice large clean pool with wet bean bags, loafers and sun umbrellas. Spa and restaurant with great affordable menu (120-170k average). Rooms are large, lovely comfy and king sized bed, loved having a big fridge and the cooking facilities as an option. Wardrobe, large shower and bathroom. Every room has a private outside area with a couch. We left a work phone behind and had already boarded our flight - the staff went above and beyond trying to get quotations for shipping to AU for us and got it all organised - thanks again! Will be back for sure!

Me and my partner stayed here for 4 nights and cannot fault the place. The hotel is beautiful, and the staff are so attentive, they cannot do enough for. The hotel is fairly small which is nice, maybe 20ish rooms? All down a beautiful green walkway. Rooms are cleaned daily. The pool is stunning, my partner used the gym a few times and this is kept clean and air conditioned. The spa for message treatments is also fab! Location wise it’s within walking distance to many things, beaches etc. but far enough way that it’s quiet at night times within the property. They have their own bakery / restaurant on site which opened last year I think? This is also lovely, good menu! They give out discounts for the restaurants and spa treatments. We would definitely go back, this was the first hotel for our travelling trip and we feel we’ve now set ourselves up to fair where this hotel was so nice!!

Loved it all
