This is a wonderful piece of heaven. The owner puts a lot of love and thought into the details of everything. He is friendly and polite, and is always seen around the villa, self clearing tables at breakfast or doing maintenance of small things around the villa. The landscaping is gorgeous, it's plants and flowers everywhere. Every guest gets a remote control for the main electronic gate. I was upgraded to a villa with direct access to the pool, open the sliding door and the pool is at my feet. Room has unique layout design, quality thick towels and quality bottled water, not cheap brandless ones. Location is in between Kuah and Pantai Cenang, away from both crowds and noises. You can order food from Foodpanda and take a Grab car to anywhere. I highly recommend this wonderful villa to everyone. Support honest, local entrepreneurs and their businesses!

We stayed in Villa Paddy for 4 nights and had the best time here. I consider myself very lucky to have booked this accommodation. Our Villa was amazing, very clean, good smelling, we had a private pool and a very very comfy bed! The most comfortable I’ve slept during my 3 week travel. The big BONUS that came on top of it is the owner, staff and the manager of Villa Paddy. I’ve never felt so welcomed, the hospitality they showed us is indescribable. They texted us every day to ask what we want for breakfast the next morning, they were always available when we had questions and all in all the service is the best I’ve ever experienced in my life. They even packed us a big big breakfast for our departure!! I had very good experiences in Malaysia before but this one specially warmed my heart! We will come again and wish the owner and staff all the best! Stay healthy and see you again!

Villa Paddy hotel is upscale and has excellent service but lacks a strategic location to vital places, so we would like to advise customers to download and use Grab application for convenient and affordable taxi services. We also want hotel supervisors to ensure that customers have full knowledge of the Grab application.

The accommodation is wonderful. The location and cleanliness are excellent, but the staff is exceptional, really good. The breakfast is great and the facilities are lovely. In addition, I had two rooms reserved for my family and, since the villa was free, they offered it to us for the same price.The first day we spent there it rained and, when we opened the door to the room, the staff had left an umbrella for us at the so we wouldn't get wet. They take care of every detail delicately. I couldn't recommend this accommodation enough, my family and I are delighted

Wow an unbelievable hotel. So modern, the rooms were stunning. We extended our stay through the hotel itself and moved to a private suite around the back of the property which had gorgeous views across the Padi fields. Good selection of breakfast choices which you preordered the night before, other bits of food to pick from buffet on the morning too, including hot and cold drinks. Pancakes were great. Nice little pool to cool off after a hot day. Double room has large shared balcony across four rooms but incredibly spacious. Staff were lovely here, are extremely helpful, laundry service available also. Private parking and the electric gates which you have a key to open and close for yourself, makes the property feel very safe and secure. The staff helped us to rent a scooter from external company, very easy, extended the use of this through WhatsApp. There are Padi fields to the rear of the hotel, we drove around then one afternoon, the locals here are great/helpful with directions and will give you a wave as you drive round.

The location is in the centre of the island, very accessible if you have a vehicle I.e., car or scooter. Would not stay here if did not have vehicle.

This resort knows how to make guests happy. Out of the 78 countries I visited, this is the best hotel I stayed in. Value for money. Just book it you wl not regret. Awesome staff Fazelah gave me free room upgrade with pool. The owner was so friendly and even took the time to tell me about all the awesome places to eat and visit. They made me so comfortable and happy. The breakfast was unbelievably good. You wl know what I’m talking about when u eat it. the best part is it is new property with very new rooms. Very nice hotel! Comfortable cottages/villas surrounded by well-groomed greenery. We stayed in the Villa Suite - very large, spacious interior with modern and stylish equipment. There is a small swimming pool at guests' disposal. The breakfast selection is limited, but everything is tasty and nicely served. The facility is located in the central part of the island, everywhere is easy to get to. The hotel staff is nice and very helpful! We will be back with great pleasure!

The breakfast was good with high standards, My daughter especially love the ambience of the place and the peace and tranquil vicinity. We liked the spa-like ambience. The staff (including the 'boss') was friendly and accommodating. I love the greeneries. Location may be a 'little' far too some attractions, but, it is worth the travel. Myself, I love the Nature side of the whole area. I love the surrounding view from the balcony. Moving around is also easy. We also love the street food from one stall nearby; yummy satay and nasi lemak kalibang and the dishes.

The staircase up to the bedrooms were not helpful for my poor 70yrs old knees. Therefore I make my own timing so as not to use it frequently except for sleep and watching youtube on the flat screen. Otherwise it is worth it.

I STAYED AT THE STUDIO VILLA WITH MY WIFE AND SON.WE ARRIVED ON MY BIRTHDAY AND MY WIFE HAD REQUESTED SOME DECORATIONS TO BE MADE AS A SURPRISE. THE DECORATIONS EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS AND WAS BEAUTIFULLY SET UP. THE BREAKFAST WAS GREAT WITH A SPREAD OF LOCAL AND WESTERN FOOD. WE WERE ASKED TO PRE ORDER OUR MAIN MEAL A DAY BEFORE AND WAS SERVED AS SOON AS WE ARRIVED FOR BREAKFAST. OVERALL A GREAT PLACE TO STAY OVERLOOKING THE PADDY FIELDS AND AWAY FROM THE HUSTLE AND BUSTLE OF THE CITY.

THE BREAKFAST AREA COULD BE SET UP AT A LARGER SPACE WITH MORE TABLES AND SEATING OPTIONS.

Beautiful and clean private villa. Location is beautiful and peaceful. Location is pretty central so nothing is too far away and t's simple enough to order a Grab (Uber) if you don't have your own transport. The staff were all very friendly and super helpful. The owner even drove us to a couple of places during our stay.
