I enjoyed my stay so much that I extended to try out a different cottage! All cottages sit on a beautiful, environmentally-thoughtful, dog-friendly estate that clearly takes it's guests feedback seriously, as they have thought about just about everything.

There is nothing that I didn't like. Although the estate hosts take great care of the estate, it looks like some areas could do with greater investment. For example, the "The Hall", which is a separate building to the four cottages and is used as a lovely communal games room of sorts, could do with some love. Currently, I think only one cottage has a secure and enclosed garden, which is useful for letting the dog off leash.

Beautifully presented property with lots of space. Well laid out and comfortable bedrooms. Spotlessly clean

I haven’t rated this a 10 purely because of the check out instructions. I’m not sure I’ve stayed anywhere that I have been asked to strip all the beds and place the linen into separate bags, same with towels. I think for the cost which is reasonable for the standard of the property, this is just a step too far?

Very well located, clean and complete cottage (ranging from modern kitchen utensils to the huge interactive flatscreen tvs in every room). The common area with a table tennis, table football and pool table was another plus. Oh and the hot tubs are amazing! Takes a bit of time to heat them up but then they are just fantastic.

There wasn't a thing we didn't like. Just a note that the washing machine and dryer are placed in a common area, to be shared by the cottages. It worked very well for us and we have no complaints whatsoever, but it was not immediately clear from the description.

The estate itself is beautiful, set in the countryside. The cottage is beautifully set out and has everything you need. we had the middle cottage which had two bedrooms. one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. it has a bathroom, with shower and bath and has a downstairs toilet. The cottages all have access to the courtyard to the front and has back doors in which have two hot tubes, sharing two people in each. the courtyard has a games room, great for children and adults who like to play games. they have plenty of parking and dog friendly. Martin who looks after the estate was very attentive and friendly.

I loved everything about this place. just wish they would mention when you book that there is an extra fee for lighting the hot tubs which is no big deal and no expensive. (£49) and £12 for the dog again no big deal.

Excellent facilities. Exceptionally clean, even through the cottage was dog friendly. We had everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was fantastic. Even our dogs were catered for with bowels, blankets and towels. Loved the area. So quiet and peaceful but you do need a car to drive to local restaurants, pubs etc. Balloch is only 20 minutes away by car and is a lovely little town.

Thought it was a bit cheeky to ask us to strip beds, and place the linen and towels etc in designated bags and empty the bins. The living area was rather small and only big enough to maximum three people.

Wonderful location. Could not hear the road at all - quiet and rural but you are in a village in a few minutes by car. So close to the city but also right on the doorstep of Loch Lomond. the property was really comfortable and had everything you could need. I really appreciated the laundry room on site for guest usage. The views from the property were wonderful and the hot tubs a big bonus. Martin and his family were super helpful and so nice. We would come back in a heartbeat. We had a small dog and we were made really welcome.

Nothing at all - it was perfect. We made a big short list before choosing this cottage and are delighted we made this choice.

Super clean, even wipes in the fab airy high ceiling games hall for cleaning pool cues ping pong bats and foos ball handles. Family friendly, books and games in the hall open late and early morning, and nice doggie items for my child’s support dog including a welcome edible treat. Thoughtful accents and touches - vases for flowers, water carafe, radio, floor rug, door curtain, lamps and charging cubes. Great pans and utensils for cooking. Good shower. Lovely views of the hills, sunrises and sunsets, and lots of wildlife to see and hear, sheep, lambs, deer and birdsong. Really pleasant, lovely and helpful staff☺️

Beautiful place with loads of space for a family of five. We could’ve stayed for a week! The cottage had everything we needed incl. a fully fitted kitchen. Amazing surroundings. Close to Loch Lomond, Ben A’an and Devils Pulpit.

Nothing, everything was perfect and Martin quickly helped us with a few things we needed. Only negative was that we think the spa was quite expensive to rent.

The location was extremely peaceful and the cottage was really comfortable, light and spacious. The hosts were really friendly and looked after us very well. The cottage is well equipped for a self-catering holiday and it's a great spot for visiting Loch Lomond.

I was a bit disappointed to find miniature toiletries as they are a huge contributor of single-use plastic waste - especially in an area which is such a haven for nature! It would be great if the hosts could supply refillable toiletries, if necessary.

We spent 4 nights there. We liked everything very much. The cottage was very spacious, clean, and warm. The owner was very kind and helpful. It’s a very peaceful area and close to various attractions. I recommend it to everyone. I will definitely want to return there.

Everything was great. I recommend it 100%. The only advice for the owner is to improve the signage for getting there. It’s easy to get lost because the signpost is not very visible, and the access road is in poor condition. This needs some work, but it doesn’t change the fact that I am very satisfied.
