Every little detail and aspect of this hotel is nipped and tucked just so- exceptionally clean, exceptionally well designed, plenty of room, great room layout, very attractive, exceptional bedding and pillows… I could go on… All of this at a price that makes it a really great value. I think they have a unique and secret structure which is that each hotel also serves as a hotel management school. Maybe that’s why they can provide such an exceptional experience at such a reasonable prices .

I can’t think of a single item or suggestion that I would make for something to be done differently

Convenient location. 10 min walking distance from Martigny train station (a local transport hub) makes it ideal for hiking in the area. Excellent bright room, with a nice view to the hotel's park and mountains around. Great soundproofing. Room and bathroom equipped above average. Excellent Wi-Fi, well-working air conditioning system. Very good breakfast. Very helpful staff, mostly speaking very fluent English. We enjoyed the restaurant, every single dish was above our expectations. Overall, excellent experience. Will not hesitate a second to come again.

Honestly, very little could be said on the negative side. It would be good to have fresh vegetables at the breakfast buffet. Also, lactose-free milk was not available.

Very clean room and plenty of storage. Nice amenities in the bathroom and we appreciated the coffee maker in the room, with a few free coffee/tea pods. The bottled water was also very welcome. The parking lot was spacious, but you can't pull the car up the front door for loading and unloading. The staff was very friendly and the lobby was a nice place for a drink at the end of the day.

The entrance signs from the street are not illuminated, so it was just a little tricky to find the proper entrance at night. Also, our key cards did not work well. The staff was quick to help us out, but the problem persisted for two days.

Beautiful and spatious room, perectly clean. Bathroom was all brand new equipped and clean. Staff was nice and helpful.

The location of the hotel is the biggest drawback, it's not in the centre and located in a more industrial area, with parking lots and big conference buildings. That's a shame!

Nice Hotel, quiet and relaxing. Very well kept and run. Comfortable rooms / beds and what a fabulous view. Lots of parking and easy enough to find. very good interactive TV that had all the details for the hotel and menu's. Great restaurant - service and food.

Air conditioning was poor no matter what i did with the settings.

Kind staff, helpful. Hotel is lovely renovated 2 years ago. Clean and comfortabel rooms. Modern. Quiet. From the outside it looks a bit harsh but inside it's a very kind and welcoming place. Nice location outside martigny, also when travelling and looking for a place overnight. And if you like, the old centre of martigny is still close by for a dinner at the square. (martigny: it's a shame you made this into a big high playground and one can't see the square anymore)

The bathroom, that is the sink, was a bit small and not in the best position. We were just wondering about the design

Convenient stop on the way to the mountains for us, comfortable room, good food in the restaurant, free parking, good quality price, baby cot provided with baby towel, l’occitane toiletries

Rain shower was good, but the regular shower was not the best (pressure and temp control)

Hotel is part of a collage campus for the entertainment industry, with staff being trained on the Job , the attention to detail was exceptional and always supervised, don't let this put you off it only adds to the superb level of service

Convenient location. Nice view and pleasant garden. Comfortable and spacious rooms with good shower and great decor. Helpful staff. Parking available.

Uncomfortable bed. Breakfast was disappointing.

Very friendly and helpful staff, wonderful room, very clean and quiet hotel, very large breakfast buffet. The only thing to keep in mind when tracelling in the french-speaking part of switzerland is that it may be tough to find somewhere to eat as restaurant kitchens close 2-6pm. A playground area/corner in the garden would be nice for kids.
