Always exceptional service

Lack of coffee maker but having stayed at other hotels /motels that supplied them I now know why..... I'll leave it at that and thank you for not leaving coffee makers in the room... Not sure what other guest put in these personally I think they should be banned I don't know if people have ever used them but have a look inside and see what you're making coffee with there is a lot of other things living inside those coffee makers disgusts me.. so thank you Western budget once again that's why you excel

The staff was most knowledgeable and very friendly...felt like I was at home with family Will not hesitate to stay here again everything was fantastic the room was quiet.. no noise from other guests

I had to bring my own coffee maker... But luckily I carry one with me so that was not a big deal but aside from that everything was fantastic no complaints... You guys got a good thing going here keep up the great work

The staff was AAAAMAZING super friendly and helpful. The location was ok for what we needed. Loved that it was quiet and the breakfast was good.

I didn't like that it was an extra cost for cleaning ...totally understand but for what we paid and for how long we were there I feel it should have been included

Breakfast was decent and worth the price of the stay.

Booking.com website did not indicate that the breakfast was included in the price during booking so there’s a confusion from my end. Fortunately, the receptionist named Raider, confirmed that the breakfast was included but it was not really a big deal. That’s the only concern I encountered so that’s why I shared it.

Friendly service, easy parking, the free breakfast and the laundromat.

I still prefer carpet in the room but I know bare floors are easier to clean, especially in a motel that is or was generally used by oilfield workers.

The location was good, the breakfast was good. It was all good. The manager and staff were excellent!

i like bigger towels in the bathroom and would also like hand towels. I wash my hands often and a facecloth gets damp easily.

I had booked through a 3rd party site, booking a room I didn't realise was way too small for my gf and I. The staff was very helpful in getting me upgraded to a bigger room. The room was huge! Kitchenette and fireplace, something I had never seen before! Was very happy with my stay there.

Having to take my shoes off in the lobby before walking to my room, or being fined seems very extreme and most likely illegal.

Newly renovated, nice big room and really clean! Staff were friendly and it was great value for money. Free breakfast is simple but good

The bed and bedding could be refreshed to match the new renovations, but it was comfy enough

Budget room was a good spot for a solo overnight and early morning departure. Airport shuttle was on time and convenient.

Somewhat difficult to regulate the room temperature. Room and common areas a little run down but mostly clean.
