Was not expecting breakfast as it was not listed when booking

The woman that runs the front desk during the day is always extremely grouchy. They should keep her in the back and get someone cheerful. Not a great front for the hotel thats for sure. I showed up at 2:25 and asked to check in early and she was like I was wasting her time coming to the desk because I should not be there. The room was available so she let me in early. While checking in someone called and asked for a 10am check in and she almost lost her shit and told them to go elsewhere.

The location to the airport and free shuttle was awesome! The room was quiet, bed was comfortable, and so was the tub. The Wifi worked flawlessly and the fireplace was a nice touch. There were plenty of snack machines if a person wanted, but I left too early for the breakfast to catch a flight. That's OK, 4 AM is too early for food. The staff was kind and helpful. Would recommend to any traveler. Thank You.

The carpet may have felt a tad gritty on bare feet, but that was a minor observance. the room was clean & the carpet didn't look worn or dirty. Besides, Spring is a gritty time of year as the street cleaners haven't cleaned up all the outdoor road grit. Who knows, maybe the vacuum bag was near full when my room was prepared. I did arrive early so maybe they had to rush. It's all good!

WAY better customer service this trip, loved the fireplace in the room. Check in staff was different this time so I enjoyed my night there, lady was smiling, happy & helpful.

No complaints this trip. Did not encounter the male check in guy this trip, otherwise I would NEVER return or recommend this hotel.

Close to airport , clean , comfortable and cheap. Perfect for what I’m looking for when travelling. Shuttle runs every hour to airport. Helpful friendly staff.

Laundry facilities were questionable. Room looked a little empty like there may have been a couch or live seat removed??

It was a big comfortable room, with a fireplace for heat, which i liked. I had to leave before breakfast so didn't get to try that.

Not really sure, was just there for the night to catch my flight. No major complaints, other than the guy at the front desk was not all that cheerful or just didn't seem friendly.

The shuttle to my terminal worked very well. Bed was comfortable. It was quiet, i got a good sleep. My door would not lock on the room I was given, lady at the counter hooked me up with another room.

Had no idea where the free shuttle was at the airport, rode a free one over. Asked the morning lady at the counter for a receipt and she was quite frosty with contact booking, I cannot give you one.

Room and Bed as expected

Breakfast has been down graded from previous stays. Used to have omlettes and sausages, now frozen waffles. When I checked in the guy at check in said he needed my drivers license so I went to grab it from my vehicle, when I came back he had left and I had to wait about 10 minutes for him so I could check in. TV downgraded to whatever LG has for free.

The Crystal Star Inn was great value for money. Everything was fine: comfort, facilities, & staff.

I had a very difficult arrival because my plane got in so late (after 1 am). I phoned for a shuttle but it took a long time, the taxis were very expensive ar $25 for a 5 min. journey so, after an hour’s wait, I ended up going by Uber just as the shuttle arrived.

Free shuttle to airport was quite convenient

Breakfast offered only carbohydrates, even the vending machines had NO PROTEINS!!! Loud people in adjacent rooms while trying to sleep before an early flight. Only got about 3 hours of sleep before traveling across the Atlantic

Very spacious room, WIFI speed, confy beds and the night shift reception lady very helpful. Changed the bedsheet quickly upon request.

Washroom door handle need to be replaced and the daytime reception old guy was not welcoming at all.
