I loved the location everything was less than 20 mins away walmart , shopping plaza restaurants ect. I also love the 24 hr hot beverages in the lobby that was nice, I love coffee lastly the breakfast was very good my family loves waffles & the hot entree was good also .Oh and gentleman in the evening was very friendly he acknowledged us when we came In from dinner & when my boys wanted to purchase snacks .

I guess my main complaint was the pool not being open I wish some where when booking it would of said the pool was closed for repairs my boys were really excited about swimming and that was a big factor for us picking a hotel.

The pool was clean. The staff were friendly. The breakfast was nice, even with the crowd and being late. The room was just as expected, a comfy bed and the shower had great water pressure. There is a walmart 5 minutes away and a Wawa withing walking distance.

The listing here just needs to be updated to reflect the new policy regarding the $100 incident deposit. They give it back as long as the room is clean and there is no damage, but I didn't see anything posted here about it. It wasn't an issue, most places have one but just to keep anyone from being blindsided.

Bed Pillows should be adjustable of different firmness or softness, the AC/Heat unit was not accurate

Location was very convenient for coming/going from the airport, and getting on the highway. Staff was friendly, shuttle bus driver was friendly. Breakfast was very good.

Shuttle bus driver should learn that many rental car customers have to check in at the counters INSIDE the terminal. Sending us directly to the outside location is probably only good for frequent car renters that need to check in.

The bed was way too high for me. I needed a step to get in it. My husband had to pull me in from the opposite side, painful.

The price I was charged on my credit card was higher than the price booking.com told me plus they would not give me a reciept.

4th floor fire door is dangerous. Sticks closed and must put your shoulder into it to open. Someone will think it's locked. Fix it.

This is a great hotel for anyone traveling--reliable and free of charge airport shuttle each way, clean and comfortable rooms, friendly front desk staff, and a decent free breakfast (the hot items [sausage, eggs, and a wafflemaker] are a plus, in addition to the typical continental breakfast fare of yogurt, bananas, muffins, and cereal, etc.). It's an airport hotel, of course, but it wasn't especially noisy. I would stay here again.

The only bummer is the fact that the area is a virtual food desert for people without a car, but we made do with the hot food made to order options at Wawa. There's also a Sheetz going up across from Wawa. But with four airport hotels on the same street, I'd say this area is prime real estate for restaurant development--it's pretty necessary.

Breakfast wasn't good, could have had better choices, no dairy products and milk was warm.
