I would appreciate it if you could provide paper tissues in the room. Sometimes they are necessary, and it is not pleasant to use toilet paper for everything.

I loved how big my room was! It was warm which was key as Luxembourg is freezing in Jan. The floors were heated in some areas 😭😂 not all which was unfortunate as the warm section of floor was amazingggg! The breakfast is okay not worth €14 but it’s convenient I suppose. The toilet is immaculate, towel warmer, hot water and spacious I’m such a fan! Mirror was a perfect touch and the lighting in the room was great! Bed is comfortable too! So close to bus stop that will take you to multiple spots around Luxembourg

Some hairs were found in the room but I understand it’s not easy to clean every single strand…. Thin walls and as it’s by the road you can hear cars passing but I’m wasn’t bothered as it’s all white noise to me.

Great reception staff, dark hair lad with glasses,think his name was close to Gerard, I do apologise for not getting name right( top man 👍🏻) and thank you for your help. All very helpful and we got upgraded because we had a lot of bags and a dog with us, he actually came up to the room and moved us before we actually got in the room, Room was very clean and very large, good showers, good WiFi, breakfast is reasonable just a continental, hotel was well worth the money and the location is very close to nice food places and a couple of bars,We were recommended a steak place and the food was great,(meat me)a nice cool bar up the road (skol) location close to everywhere

The staff were friendly and efficient, always willing to help with any queries or requests. If you don't mind a short commute to the city center (public transportation is convenient and reliable), Mandarina Luxembourg Strassen is an excellent choice. I highly recommend it to travelers seeking comfort, value, and a peaceful atmosphere.

A bit far away from the city center,

Great connection to Luksembourg's city center. Bus was running every 15 minutes. Some restaurants near the hotel in case someone would like to eat something without going to the city center. Comfortable bed. Hairdryer in the bathroom. Cloeaning and towels change every day. Kettle and some tea bags in the room.

Room was rather small. It would be too small for 2 people, but for 1 person and a short stay it was perfect. Breakfast rather basic, but no other options nearby.

Hotel staff were super! They were friendly and obliging, going the extra mile whenever possible. Location for us for perfect as its mins from the city centre and walking distance to many restaurants and Belle Etoile. Room was a little small but it was sound-proofed and floors were heated. All in all great value for money.

The room was very clean, the hotel was relatively upscale and the reception was friendly

I asked for two twins but was given a double. The instructions said I could pay at the hotel but they had already charged my card when I arrived, which was inconvenient but they said to reverse it would take a long time and they would have to call someone, etc. so did not want to bother. The reception is not open after 11 pm.

New hotel with comfortable bed. It has big parking and its close to many supermarkets and places to eat. Luxembourg center is close either via car or free public transport.

The room was on the last floor and was super hot when we got in. Had to leave the AC on and leave the room to make it comfortable temperature. Staff was polite and helpful but could smile a bit :)

The check-in manager was helpful and available. There was a power plug where I could recharge my electric motorcycle, fortunately because a large SUV was already monopolizing (from < 19:00 until > 22:30) the single type 2 outlet that the hotel had. Far from the city of Luxembourg, but close to multiple restaurants.

- Front rooms are on a busy street, but there was air conditioning. - Strong smell inside the room, most probably from the cleaning products they use. - Breakfast was the bare minimum

It has a big parking lot, which was important for me. You can get one bus and stop at the city centre and you also have restaurant options nearby the hotel. The room is comfortable and clean and the staff is nice.

The only bad thing is that we could hear the people from the room next to us very loudly, so we could not sleep until they stop talking.
