The security within this hotel was incredible - my friend and I were walked to our room each evening after dark and the staff always made sure we were happy and safe! We were greeted every entrance we made back to the hotel and asked how our day was and if we needed anything, as well as accommodated for EVERYTHING we asked for over the room telephone (toothbrush, umbrella, for our GoJek eats to be delivered to our door and more!). The room was cleaned every morning at whatever time suited our schedule, and the pool area was beyond clean and comfortable. The location couldn't have been better as well, right near a reliable money exchange (across the road), little mart for snacks and drinks, many delicious and cheap food places within walking distance and massage places. I could not speak more highly of the staff here at Bali Karma Sajtra Hotel! If I could rate above 10/10 I would! Definitely coming back and would highly recommend.

I made a mistake on my original book, and the staff was able to change the dates for me without any hassle or additional charge (despite being non-refundable). For that I am eternally grateful. I love the location of the property. The pool and grounds were clean and charming. The long entrance to the property was beautiful with a bamboo archway. I loved that this was a fully non-smoking facility. The room was very spacious - especially given the price. The air-conditioner worked adequately. Overall I have no major complaints about the room or my stay. I would gladly stay here again. The bed was reasonably comfortable and the linens were okay.

I have very minor complaints, nothing major. Note that these would NOT deter me from staying again at the property! The towels were old, and some of them had holes. As is usual in Indonesia, the water pressure was low in the shower. The shower head was very close to the wall and almost impossible to shower without bumping the shower knob and changing the temperature / flow. The floors of the room were not super clean, my feet picked up a lot of dust and grime from walking around. The pillows were cheap ones, but not altogether uncomfortable. I want to emphasize these complaints are very minor things that overall did not make my stay uncomfortable.

The hotel has such wonderful staff, nothiing is a problem and they are always so friendly and kind. The pool is simply AMAZING (with a swim up bar!) and the location is fantastic. You are within easy walking distance to restaurants, bars, warungs and shops, and the hotel is down a quiet lane so you don't hear any road noise at all. You also feel safe as there is 24/7 security. The room was comfortable, although our bed was rather creaky, still comfy though. Definitely value for money and a great start to our trip to Bali.

This isn't the fault of the hotel but good to be aware that there is construction happening next door and they were working between 8.30am and 5.30pm.. It didn't bother us as we were mostly out during the day.

Great location and a beautiful driveway away from the Main Street - the noise just melts away! Beds were very comfortable, pool was beautiful! Staff were lovely and friendly. Well worth the price we paid!

We only stayed here one night, between 2 longer stays in villas. It was perfect fit what we needed!

This box isn't big enough for me to put into words how good this beautiful hotel was. The staff were so accommodating and kind all of the time. Having security presence at the gate made the hotel feel safe and secure always. The location is perfect. SO many cafes, restaurants and bars are in immediate proximity to Bali Karma. Double Six beach is like a $4 Grab Car, Canggu and Sanur will cost perhaps $8. It's very easy to travel around from this location. My partner and I stayed for 14 nights and it was so comfortable and quiet the whole time. Breakfast was fantastic, the pool always perfect, and the rooms are so spacious. We only ordered room service a couple of times and it was always fantastic as well. I can't thank Mario and his team enough for the high level of care and service we received every day.

The Wi-Fi wasn't all that great, we didn't even use it though as we both had e-sim setup. Nothing otherwise

Spacious room, very clean, super comfy bed nice couch to relax on. The huge pool was lovely. Plenty of sunbeds to chill on. Basic breakfast but enough to get you started.

The kitchen closes at 6pm.

It has been the best place I have been in Bali and over a few years of travelling here I have been to quite some places. It was that good that I even extended my stay here. Whether you come with your family or your second half you will definitely not regret it. The rooms are huge, clean and the staff is super friendly. The pool is amazing and completely different from what you see in other places. I would like to thank all the staff and especially Wijaya and Wayan for their hospitality, their kindness and their help! Mario you have done something amazing with this place. It was quiet, the staff were really amazing, super friendly and helpful. The facilities were great. The pool and grounds were well looked after. The breakfast options were excellent aswell. Both the American and Indonesian. Staff were very attentive to what you ate and what you didn’t eat. For the most part I only told them once that I didn’t eat eggs and for my entire stay did not see one egg. Many things to list. Just book the property. Highest of highest rating

It was so central to everything that there was traffic however everything is in walking distance. Don’t even need to use grab or any transportation really.

Finally a completely non-smoking hotel. There is a smoking area located under a reed thicket at the entrance to the hotel.The hotel is located in the city but when you enter the building's street you enter a street covered in reeds.You absolutely cannot hear the continuous and stressful noise of the city.Very clean hotel in general, very large rooms with terrace overlooking the pool.The staff is always kind and smiling, ready to satisfy your every request Definitely a place to recommend and return to.

There are no negative things

Loved staying here. Indonesian breakfast was perfect for me (included in price) It was served quickly and it was lovely eating each morning, overlooking the pool and beautiful gardens. Staff were amazing and I loved how quiet the complex was away from the street noise.

My bed was the only thing I didn’t like. Not comfy enough for my liking. That was my only negative thing about staying here. I would recommend staying here again though as everything else was perfect.
