Good location, comfy bed, nice balcony views, staff was nice, price was good.

Breakfast options were very limited, the gym was very small and not clean, the towels were very old.

Overall experience was good , bed linen was good , hygienically done , breakfast was good , staff were quite decent nice , courteous . Thanks

my only complaint is about the AC , The AC was centrally monitored and any manual intervention was not possible with the control available in the room , like reducing or increasing the individual room temperature etc , As it was cold outside , and the AC temp was showing 18deg C , I wanted to make the temp around 24 or 25 Deg C for my comfort . I have brought this to the notice of the reception and front office and they promised me to remove the lock for my room at least , but this was not done during my entire stay of 4 Nights . So had to freeze at nights . So I request the management to address this issue for the comforts of the customers . Thanks

Great hotel with value for money, the location is superb with lots of delicious eating places within walking distance (recommended Livingstone for your brunch needs), however the traffic to reach the hotel is horrendous by car especially in the evening and on Friday-Saturday As for the hotel itself, the reception could use some work (when I arrived at 8pm Friday there was no one to greet me or help direct the car I was on, just the front desk officer on standby) Other than that the staff are friendly and helpful, facilities look great, the room is very spacious & clean for the price, bathroom & shower's good (hot water a bit lacking but still serviceable) and I got the paddy view which is beautiful. The AC is frickin' cold (even at 25C temp it feels like sub 20, which is good for the sweltering hot climate).

Other than what is mentioned in the above review, noise reduction can be one of the detracting factors. I can hear the room next door showering and people talking/walking by on the corridor and some muffled live disco music can be heard from the balcony (it was Saturday night). But overall it's still within tolerable noise levels.

This was an amazing affordable option in Seminyak within walking distance of some incredible restaurants. The room was clean, beds were comfortable, and the front desk team was very nice.

I read a lot of reviews mentioning the noise from the nightclub next door. I stayed at this hotel over a weekend and our room was on the ground floor looking directly at the back entrance of the nightclub. We only heard some noise on the Saturday night and it wasn't loud enough to be disruptive to us.

The property itself was good but it is the staff who make the difference. Great start to the day with an amazing breakfast.Everyone was friendly and helpful. The staff on duty both at reception and at the restaurant were so lovely, special mention to Cynthia who went out of her way to keep us entertained during g the evenings at the bar and restaurant. Would definitely recommend the hotel to family and friends and we will certainly come back to it when we go back to Bali.

Great location if you plan a lot of activities around Seminyak and Canggu. Good value for money. Facilities are good for the price you pay. Surprisingly great massage. Don't hesitate to try it. I took it the next day after a long flight. Super relaxing, kudos to the therapist!

Staff could be more attentive, especially the front office and pool bar staff. The breakfast is quite repetitive. We were staying for 4 nights, and it's getting a bit boring to eat the same things everyday. If you want to rent motorbike, it's better to get it from another vendor. The bikes from hotel is quite crappy.

The location is perfect!! Located at petitenget street, close to kerobokan, batu belig, seminyak and umalas. Right at the center of everything. So many restaurants options for breakfast lunch and dinner. Even though its located at the side of busy road but the room is further back you can’t hear the noise from the street. Its really value for money I definitely will come back and recommend this hotel.

Overall everything is fine, only a minor thing (not an issue tho!) the water tank for the toilet flush a bit smelly but hey.. not a big deal as it is for flush. Would be great to have more international TV channels.

stay here now, its a very Nice location close to everything, My de luxe room is brillant, the service is top doller, the breakfast is awsome, I love every morning to Come to breakfast, the staff there is very special Nice...I bookede this hotel necause they have a gym, BUTthe gym is closed now for 6 days because a capel is broken hmmmm a capel... so fix it fast...what is the problem...this is very dissapointed..but I have to give 5 stars because of everything Else...awsome hotel for the low price i payed

I really appreciate how the property took note of my requests and made them happen. The rooms we booked have a very lovely rice paddy view! As a light sleeper, I really appreciate the peace and quiet of the place. We had a wonderful rest and sleep. Note that this place is beside a nightclub, Da Maria. We had no troubles with it cause we were situated on a quite location! The air conditioning on one room works perfectly! The rooms just had the right amount of space. Bathrooms were well equipped. The complimentary toothbrushes were of great quality. Bottled waters, new towels, toothpaste, toothbrush and other complementaries were provided daily. The rooms were also cleaned daily. TVs were working fine with good selections of international channels. The pool was kept clean! The staff were awesome. Easy to talk to and made sure we were well taken cared of. Kept our belongings after check out! I love our stay in this place! I wish they'd continue the upkeep of this place as this has really great potential. Tbh, reading some reviews made me not have high hopes even before our stay. But this has exceeded my expectations. I loved how this is walking distance from really good food places, stores, even beach clubs. We celebrated nye at the potato head beach club and after a long night, it's so good that we can just walk back and not bother with the traffic and transport scammers

One of the bedrooms had issue with the air conditioning. Took time before it got to a comfortable temperature. We had to call multiple times before it got ok.

The hotel is in a great prime spot to go to finns club ( the best beach club in the world with 7 different cuisines and has the right vibe) The hotel is amazing for what you pay. We got very cheap nights i am not sure how haha from booking, it was so cheap i was doubtful but it topped the good reviews The breakfast, the pool, the bedroom, the staff and everything is just top top top especially for the low nightly rate we got,
