The renovated room was perfectly clean and functional, the towels and bed linens were of good quality and close to new, the microwave coffee maker and refrigerator were appreciated, the bed was comfortable, the front desk and security staff were very helpful, efficient and pleasant, the breakfast was well presented and complete.

There was an intermittent mechanical sound heard in the room overnight, that woke us up a couple of times, perhaps it was the elevator? The breakfast room needs a larger seating area with more tables and chairs, as there was insufficient space for everyone to sit and eat in the morning.

About the pet fee it is not clear on Booking, it only says $28.25. I received message from booking said my fee for my pets would be just $56.50, I assumed it was the total of my pets for the two nights. Booking should say that fees is just for one dog. At the hotel in the check in: they say pets feet’s is $25 for pet for night. Total $100. If I had taken the hotel rate I would have paid less and with the booking rate it was more expensive because they charged the total that confirmed my booking twice. I paid $113 for the pets.

Front desk staff provided excellent customer service and accommodated our team from Jamaica very well. Hotel was clean and comfortable. They also changed our rooms when our initial rooms didn't have wifi service.

We had an issue getting wifi but that was swiftly addressed when we were moved to another room. We were allowed to view the rooms before changing it. That's real service.

The hotel is located near a lot of restaurants and stores and was a centered place to the places we wanted to visit. Staff was really professional and helpful. I want to give a shout out to the housekeeping team cause they definitely went above and beyond. Our room was spotless. We also liked the diversity of food they provided for breakfast to choose from.

Staff was super friendly and helpful, rooms were nice, loved the mini fridge and microwave, nice breakfast spread in the morning, convenient to our destination for our trip.

The room wasn’t as clean as it should have been. The tub walls had mold and the tub had hair, the floors were dirty. But the rest of the room was clean (linens etc).

For the price this place was great. West palm is expensive and difficult to navigate efficiently. Breakfast was clean, timely and plentiful. The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. We were surprised at the price being a third less than the competition and I was very happy with the whole product.

The shower needed a longer curtain as it didn’t stop the flowing of water onto the bathroom floor making it very wet with only towels to try and dry with Also the fridge was running with condensation onto the bedroom floor

The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and eager to assist anyway possible. The front desk person, Danielle, listened to my questions and quickly addressed each one. She stayed on task while showing a caring attitude. The best part of the property is the staff.

The building needs a coat of paint.

The people who still smoke even though it's a no smoking zone. The scent of the cigar travels through the vent. Additionally the people who make noise very late
