The guy receptionist was exceptional. He was soft spoken, polite and respectful.

the cleanliness of the room could be improved, especially the floor.

Very near to Central Market, i got a room with a nice view, Lobby smells nice, Coway is provided at the lobby for those who opted for filtered hot/cold water rather than using hotel’s kettle. Got complementary mini chocolate which was nice.

The iron is located (at a pretty scary area if you were going alone at night) at a different level, not at every floor like most hotels do. TV channel only 2 were working, the rest didn't work haha.. luckily the WiFi worked fine.

Very, very nice staff. They were always nice, smiling and friendly. We love them. Clean room (except the first one) - they offered us another room when turned out, that there is a leakage from an air-condition. Very good WiFi with a good quality and high speed, I was able to work from there remotely without any issues. Perfect location - in the centre of the city. Two minutes to the centre, 10 seconds to the beautiful river with colorful lights, a few minutes to the night market. Shared cold and hot water from the machine in the reception.

First room with air-condition with leakage, the second room had good air-condition. Bad smell of an electric kettle, which disqualified it from usage. No bedside tables, no wardrobe, hard to keep cloths somewhere.

Everything was great. The staff was friendly and helpful every time. The breakfast was plenty. The location is just perfect. A lot of the must-see of the city are within walking distance or a couple of metro stations away (and the metro station is 5min away)

The only thing to note was that we stayed in a windowless room which sometimes was a bit dark, and by the end of the week was very humid after all the showers. Either way, would definitely stay at this place again, probably in a room with a window next time.

Great value for the money in a good area. Breakfast was nice, the bed is comfy. The staff was very friendly, AC worked great, toiletries provided. I would say for a short stay I would definitely come again.

There is a strange requirement to pay 50RM deposit, although I didn't have cash with me and they said no need to. When I was checking out no one really checked my room and they were ready to pay back the deposit. So this seemed like some strange formality. Wifi was rather slow about 4mbps, but at the same time it was stable. The shower design is a bit weird, the water runs under the toiler, and then you just spread it all over the place. I think it would make much more sense to have a door that would completely close the shower, rather than building a cabin together with the toilet - uncomfortable for the client, and unnecessary extra work for the staff.

I have stayed in many hotels in KL, in my opinion this is the best location. The rooms are really nice and it feels like an upscale hotel. Nice elevator and the wifi works well.

When I checked in I was given the wrong room. I booked the superior room, but was given a small room on the second floor with a view of a wall. When I brought it to the attention of the staff, they tried to say that was the correct room. I showed them the room I booked and the photos on booking and then they agreed to change my room. I was them moved to a room on the 5th floor, which we quickly learned has no wifi. So we moved rooms again.

Hotel location is excellent and most suited for travellers who want to do sightseeing. Easy access to River of Life, major attractions, Central Market & ChinaTown. Staff are very helpful, in particular Ann who was very receptive to all of our queries. Buffet breakfast was good with some local Malay delicasies included as well.

The shower head was broken and was difficult to use on the first day. However, it was promptly replaced the next after we reported it to the Hotel. Breakfast served is either a set menu or a buffet depending on the occupancy of the Hotel. Room size is a bit tight.

Don't know why it's giving me a second prompt to rate this place. Here's 10/10. The staff were very friendly. They care about the guests and they've taken care to try to make the hotel nice however they can. Very good efforts.🙌 Please remember this area of the city is an AWFUL place. Normal Malaysian people do not much come around here it is like the 'skid row' of kuala lumpur, many homeless people it is very sad to see. Very pity that the city can't at least make somewhere for them to sleep even though maybe their life still isn't ok. I wish I could help something but I am not rich. I had horrible experiences trying to find accommodation in Malaysia and I would warn anyone else be very careful where you may stay, or where you may book in. I will give you an example > if you may get local friends while you are in the country, you may not want to tell them you are 'staying' in this central market area. If local people know you stay in this area, they may think something different about you (not in a good way). Maybe I repeat the comment too much but I had AWFUL experiences trying to find where to live, the 2 months I was in kuala lumpur. Be careful where you may rent, many hotels and even airbnb got a lot of cockroach and bad smell but still charge very expensive price for the much lower value. Like a rip off. This hotel is ok, I had fewest problems here, the rooms are clean, no bugs, no bad smell. But the area itself is BAD. The staff are nice and kind (ya sorry - another repeat comment) 🙏

Came here with an elderly and it was perfect in terms of walkable pavement in immediate surrounding. Hotel was dust free (im allergic) best location, best view, easy check in and check out. I was prepared to understand that the amenities may not be perfect (for example my shower head was leaking profusely when turned on and the toilet paper was too little) but for the price, it's real value. Try the indonesian cafe in the corner (taste of medan) and also walk over across the river to KL City Gallery for scrumptious pesto pizza and dessert. Will stay again!

Overlooked details like leaking shower head, stingy toilet rolls and slight pee smell when first checking in may not be great for other guests, but for the great price I dont mind it and it is not stopping me from returning.

The hotel is in a convenient location, close to restaurants, public transport, a couple of major interest points and a decent local shopping mall. The staff is very helpful! I was panicking when I couldn't find a Grab driver to take me to the airport and the young gentleman on reception duty that morning helped me find one somewhere else - so grateful! The room was fine, bed was comfy, good working wifi and general quality suitable for the price and location. It was a bit odd not to have a separate bathroom space but as I was on my own it wasn't a problem. May have to be considered if travelling with someone else, as the shower and toilet are in a corner of the room separated by an opaque glass wall and the sink is in the room itself. Overall I was very pleased, it is a very decent hotel and would stay here again!

Breakfast can be improved. I had it only one morning around 8am and the food was cold, bit disappointing but didn't affect my stay. A bedside table would have been functional.
