The room was super cozy, spacious and with a kitchenette and a newly renovated bathroom. Super comfortable bed and room furniture.

The location is directly at one of the main streets, so it is impossible to open the window. The window sheets were really old and the entrance/exit was not obvious and sometimes one ended it a part of the building which was not part of the hotel but a restaurant or the corridor of private flats.

The hotel is located in the good spot of city center, but not in the noisy and crowded neighborhood. The hotel itself is very nice and cozy. Staff is friendly. Everything is clean and comfortable. The room is big and light. It has a big windows, so the room get a lot of daylight. There was a super comfortable bed, with perfect pillows and big blanket. The mattress is super good to sleep too. We really enjoyed the quality sleep at this hotel. Also it was nice to have some coffee and tea every day in the room. We definitely will stay at this hotel again, once we are in Gießen.

It was a very nice stay, in a convenient area, close to the train station. The room was large enough for 3 people, with large and many windows. Breakfast was good with a variety of choices.

It was overrated for a small city like Giessen. The price could be better.

The property was Ok but the la Scala restaurant underneath the hotel was a problem. Especially the restaurant staff always around you and warns you to get rid of the restaurant. So, I do not know which is which but, if hotel owns the restaurant then the restaurant should be warned. if restaurant owns the hotel then they should be more flexible for the hotel clients.

The room was Ok.

The receptionist was really helpful, even re-directing my friend to the coffee shop where we met.

Bed was really comfortable and the room really clean. It was a little warm but I was able to fully open the window to cool down so had a good night's sleep.

Location - very closed to center, restaurant is very good, really room is clean and fresh, good bathroom, good beds parking inside for ten euro/day. Elevator take you directly to your floor from parking area. No complains, recommend.

there is no minibar in the room

Room was very spacious. If you’ve travelled to Europe, a lot of hotel rooms can be very small. Everything was clean.

Unfortunately no AC in the room. Only a fan was available but this did not make the room cold enough and made it hard to sleep at night.

Very good service, amazing room.

From the room service I was expecting to take the dirty cups empty class, to fill up the tea, to collect the empty bottles of water.

Location. La Scala Restaurant. Room 303. The front desk people were all very helpful. The bed were comfortable.

The rooms could have been cleaner: the carpet, the dust. The pillows were not great.
