Spacious room with TV, Microwave, fridge and tea/coffee making facilities. Sitting area. Air conditioning. Iron, ironing board, hairdryer - all of which I made use of. Beds were very comfortable. The room was very quiet - we slept very well. LOVED the pool.

Only something small - there were no plates or bowls, forks, knives etc. I'm sure if we'd asked we would have been supplied with these items.

Excellent location. walking distance to Sovereign Hill. on site restaurant but also other eating options nearby (Red Lion Hotel for example) bed's super comfy. air con fabulous indoor pool was great not too hot or cold. very relaxing

if you're after a fancy or super hot pool this isn't for you Parking can be a tight squeeze

Room was located in quiet area of Motel - excellent and relaxing. Two interconnecting rooms with each own TV, plus air conditioning worked for both areas - perfect for 5 people with comfy beds Pool was absolutely perfect which included a soccer ball & swimming noodles for visitors to use. Had additional items in room - bath tub - if you have small kids, hair dryer and iron / ironing board.

There is nothing I didn't like..

The manger was lovely very helpful when we first checked in made sure i knew what restaurants were around the motel and that there was a bottleo. I accidentally locked myself and my partner out of our room and had to ring after hours and it was no trouble for the manger to help even through i had clearly woke him up

Location

There was a toaster but no plates or cutlery. Only a couple of coffee cups. If you have a toaster and microwave you need to provide eating utensils and crockery really. I had takeaway but nothing to eat it on or with. Had to use the teaspoon and saucer that came with the cup. That was annoying.

I was upgraded to a better room when I checked in. Room was very comfortable, wifi worked well. There were several restaurants within walking distance. Walking distance to Sovereign Hill. A bit further but still walkable to center of town and railroad station.

No complaints.

Updraded to queen room with Netflix TV because I was alone and bad weather stopped my photography plans. Comfy chiro bed. Heat blankets as well as quiet reverse cycle air. Close to sovereign hill. Fast hot water. Management friendly - told me where everything is close to the motel.

No bowls and bring utensils. Balcony filthy with bird poop. Not close to Lake Wendouree. Rooms weren't totally soundproof.

Got upgrade when we arrived, comfortable rooms, beds good. Clean and tidy, friendly greeting. I had a trailer on and they let me park in a safe location which was awesome still attached to my Ute right beside my room on the grass. Will return again soon

Can’t say there was anything we didn’t like all was good

The size and set up was great for myself and 4 kids. Littlest likes to come in with me so that worked with the other three in the other room. It was great to have a bath and fab to have kettle, microwave and toaster - microwave a huge bonus. There was plentiful tea and coffee. Heating worked well. Everyone had enough bedding. The pool was a bonus - the kids loved it. TVs in each room was great given age difference and tiredness after attractions.I didn't go to reception, but communication via phone and text was helpful and it's always easier for me if I can avoid the reception area with tired or excited kids! It was quiet enough at night and conveniently located to Sovereign Hill, with a little convenience store at the doorstep.

It was mostly positive, but the bath was not really a bath without a plug and the kitchen facilities would not have been usable if I didn't have a picnic set with me as there was only mugs, a teaspoon and a glass. Not too handy for making anything but hot drinks! Some cutlery and crockery provided would be great, but in the meantime I'd recommend guests take a picnic set, dishwashing brush and a few other things depending what you're likely to make. More than 2 chairs in a room for 5 would be nice. Overall I'd visit again - these are just niggles that can be overcome.
