For this type of hotel to be at this location is amazing! The hotel had all for a solo traveler, just a minute or two from Hakata station and a Convenience Store within walking distance. Not only that, but you can just walk from the hotel to the main sights of Fukuoka and you wouldn't have any problem.

There was not much really, but in the room I stayed, there were just a few small things from the cleanliness of the room, namely the sink and the rubbish bin, but the rest was pristine. But the size of the room that I stayed in, in my opinion, would just fit one person and a luggage. Also, the bed was ok, it was showing a lot of usage, therefore the bed was sunken in the middle.

Staying at S Peria Hotel Hakata - was very pleasant. The staff were friendly and attentive. They answered all of my questions and even helped me to get a Taxi to the airport. The room was comfortable although small. It had everything that I needed. I loved the shower! The hotel is located very close to Hakata Station and there are wonderful stores and restaurants near the hotel.

One is not able to control the weather. I wanted to get out and do some photographing with my camera on my free day but sadly it rained. Other than that I had a great time.

The room is very clean and comfortable, although it's quite small (same as other hotel in Japan) but still very compact. The staff are very nice and being helpful. The location is very strategic as it is very near to the Hakata station (5-7 mins walk from West 8 exit), and there are many restaurants and shops too, it's very convenient. The breakfast provided by the hotel is very nice too.

Nothing to complain about except for the room size.

Conveniently located a short walk from JR Hakata station. The room had everything I needed, and it was clean and in good condition. Perhaps a little unusual for a business hotel, it has a separate bathroom and a toilet. The only sink is located in the room itself, next to the bed. A bottle of water was provided for each day.

While the breakfast spread is decent enough, some items were starting to run out at 9 AM (breakfast is served 7-10). On the other hand, the restaurant wasn't crowded at all which was a nice surprise.

Clean, simple hotel with all the basics. Separate shower room was very nice. Location was good, walkable to Hakata station. Area had some hotels but was quiet with enough convience stores and restaurants around.

The room was smaller than expected, even by Japanese standards. We could not open two suitcases and had to move the chair around and open one under the desk.

Overall, a very good stay. I appreciated the free happy hour (ice cream + coffee). Staff was nice. Room was clean with enough amenities. 5min walk from station.

Bed was okay. I didn't like the sink outside of the bathroom.

The property was close to Hakata station (5 minute walk). Close to popular attractions, which were all within walking distance (I like to walk). The staff were friendly. Hotel room and bathroom were clean. It was close to 7/11 and Lawsons for those late night snack cravings.

Easily the best hotel I stayed at during my trip to Japan. The beds were super comfortable, the rooms are surprisingly spacious for a Japanese hotel, the location is convenient, and the service was fantastic. I will definitely be choosing to stay again on my next visit to Fukuoka.

Totally walkable from Hakata Station, a bit tough when it's raining and with heavy luggage. Tricky distance for a taxi ride. Smart space design to separate the toilet, the bath and the sink. Very close to the famous traditional sweets shop and an amazing bakery.
