Breakfast is good and location is OK just a little long walking distance to town center if no vehicle available. entrance of the hotel if not very good for unloading/loading activity (we did not see any help to assist at first). Only after we parked behind in the not paved area and had to carry suitcase through dust. It is OK if not raining but if rains, it could be a muddy walking

No place to hang or place towels as in the bathroom. Some type of under sink or side furniture is required to place amenities, personal effects on this furniture. Room felt large but missing proper furniture to place some personal things. It is OK if you are staying an overnight or 2 but for longer stays it may be irritating. As a frequent visitor to Chios, I think EUR 265 / per night rate seems little high compared to Chios island's nightly average.

Very comfortable beds, clean and new hotel.

Since it is new, there are some technical problems at the hotel. For example, the lights in the room are blinking which is really annoying. The bathroom is total disaster because cabin door doesn’t exist and the water comes even into to room surface because nothing is blocking water and all the rooms get wet. Location is a bit away from the center. Too expensive when comparing the other hotels in the island.

Excellent, helpful and kind staff! Superb facilities close to the city centre of Chios (1.1km by foot)! Definitely recommend this facility!

We booked a Jacuzzi suite. We expected a hot tub whereas the water was always cold. This was something minor for us.

The hotel personnel is perfect, they are always smiling, very helpful and problem solving, made our holiday wonderful, the spa and the pool is magnificient, the hamburger is delicious, the coctails with the mastiq are the signature of the island

The hotel is very new, because of this some things went wrong, things did not work but the magnificient people always fixed them

Since the initial room assigned to us we did not like the hotel provided us with an upgrade. The hotel is within walking distance to Chios town. Great Pool with pool bar. Breakfast offers a variety of food. During lunch a menu is offered at the bar. We had dinner at the restaurant sitting outside overlooking the facilities.

Everything was very good and very new. We really liked the breakfast. Pool access through the room was the best part of our staying.

We were two families and we stayed in different rooms. The other room had spa bath however we didnt use it. Because it got dirty. If I will stay this hotel again I would stay Junior suite room...

Reception team is good and helpful. Made our room ready upon early arrival,spacious room,comfy bed. Spa is good enough,special thanks to Argyro from Spa,very helpful and attentive

Breakfast service staff is not very helpful and not courteous. They don’t really pay attention although off season and not very busy

Beautiful brand new hotel. Great pool facilities and family friendly. Breakfast was also really nice with many food options available.

They could do with a few more sun-beds and shade around the pool.

All the employees, especially Maria Hanım at the reception, were very attentive and kind<3 The hotel was very clean and tidy, the breakfast was sufficient.

I expected coffee machines and capsules to be placed in the rooms. For example, collaboration with Nespresso can be easily achieved.

The ambiance was great. It was only twenty minutes walk from the centre, nice location. There is also a beach in front of the hotel. The staff was helpful and kind. Presentation of the food was excellent

The food service was a little bit slow at the restaurant. I think check out time 11 am is a little bit early.
