My bedroom was lovely and clean. Every bedroom has a roof terrace/balcony. The bathroom was spacious and clean. The food was delicious. I only ate breakfast but it was plenty full and a big selection. Parking was great lots of space. Everything was perfect. The only downside were the other guests in the hotel.

The other guests. They seemed to be a miserable collection of unhappy unsmiling guests. Not sure which countries they were from - maybe not looking like you enjoy life is normal for them but they were not friendly to be around. Sour faces.

The property itself is beautiful and the staff extremely helpful, kind and all around wonderful. Especially the kitchen manager and the lovely woman that works the front desk in the afternoons. I liked the pool a lot, but the opening hours are limited and there is a giant ring of dirt on the wall that needs to be cleaned.

My room was badly in need of a renovation. Even if that’s too expensive, a new mattress, curtains and bedspread would go a long way. It just felt dirty. Especially since there were a number of stains on the walls from where people had smashed bugs. The drains smelled so bad I had to brush my teeth with bottled water so I didn’t gag from the smell.

Our bedroom lights were not all working. Therefore was dim. Staff were not trained in customer service. Unfortunately the Gardner there was not animal friendly and did not allow me to place water bowl (which I purchased for the stray cats that were there). Spoiled my mood, I also noticed amongst other guests there that the stray cats were drinking chlorinated water from pool. As they did not supply any fresh for those stray cats. I mentioned to the lady at reception. Unfortunately I won't be supporting or staying in a hotel where they have not advanced in awareness in animal welfare. Regards Roula Galatoula.

The property was nice, had a nice main building and the building with my room was very nice. There was a private parking. It had a swimming pool although it closed early at 19. Breakfast was very good and varied although coffee wasn’t good (Nescafé isn’t real coffee). It’s also within walking distance to the centre of Chios city.

The room had a lot of neon-type lights at night and let too much light through the window early in the morning. The shower in the bathroom could be improved, it was too small. Wifi didn’t always work.

Hotel has a great location by the sea and it is very big and has a sweet garden our room was spacious and comfortable, they prepared an extra bed for our kid. And all staff was helpful and very kind. They provide all our requests. Breakfast has many options. Pool was big and not crowded.

Our room was clean but it felt superficial because especially in bathroom there was stains and hair. Maybe ı am being meticulous.

The hotel is really nice, very beautiful small "houses", nicely located just outside the city, very clean, very friendly, we had a fantastic stay, great kitchen (for lunch or dinner), just a really good boutique hotel.

The one thing that I would say is the breakfast: just boring, plastic stuff that you could find in every mediocre hotel. It is particularly weird given the very good kitchen that the hotel had (we had dinner and lunch there). It needs a serious revamp! More local stuff, FRECH ORANGE JUICE from Chios oranges (for G shake!). Better fewer and better quality stuff, than lots of things that are just mediocre. For example: the bread was amazing and fresh every day, and the croissants were as plastic as it can get. You don't need to give croissants if you do not know how to make them. Give a koulouri, give something local, something nice! Hope that helps!

The property is a jewel from the architectural point of view -- it is also very well maintained. Excellent and quiet location, with beautiful swimming pool. Ample rooms, with comfortable terraces. The restaurant offers elegant upscale quality food -- also the breakfast was of satisfying quality. Staff is friendly and helpful.

The bathrooms could profit from an update, and the same counts for the beds. At times, it seems as if the hotel lacks proper managment (i.e. who is taking the lead). Though the location is good for reaching Chios town, the road is not particularly pleasant -- here the city of Chios could invest in some upscale (for this, the hotel obviously is not to blame).

The property is very beautiful, the rooms very comfortable the scenery is beautiful! Sea view with gorgeous sunrise! The breakfasts very rich and first class!

The only negative was the noise from the main road when we were sitting in the balcony! There was no problem whatsoever while in the room ! The staff was so friendly! The cleaning ladies were so lovely and cary, the coordinator in the breakfast was so kind and helpful!

The room and the bathroom were spacious. The matress was good enough. The breakfast had a lot of options. There was a free parking space for all. The heater was working great and even during December the room was hot enough. The hot water in the bathroom was available all day long.

The door of the room had a window,so the room couldn't be dark enough to sleep late at the morning. The curtains were a little bit dirty and old.

Grecian Castle is close to the airport and Chios Town. It was easy to access by car with parking behind the hotel. The room was comfortable, spacious, well equipped, and clean. My room was on the front facing the busy street and with a sea view. The breakfast buffet was excellent with a huge variety of cooked and cold foods.

Because of my room's location on the street, it wasn't enjoyable to sit on the terrace, and it was noisy in the evening until quite late. I didn't want to sit on the terrace or open the windows because of the traffic. I didn't open the drapery as pedestrians could see inside. I found it difficult to see the narrow drive to the parking. On my 4th time passing by, I finally found it on the south side of the building behind a pole.
