The location is unbeatable competitive advantage; it is just adjacent to Kerinchi Train Station which is a station on LRT line 5 which is the most important train line in KL that takes you directly to KLCC, KL Central, and a number of tourism attractions. The daily housekeeping is satisfied. The Staff are friendly and helpful especially the Receptionist Mr. Faheem.

The windows are not soundproofing and I could hear all the noises of all vehicles and motorbikes coming from the highway all the night; thus I had to buy earplug to be able to sleep at night. The swimming pool was not functioning at the first 2 or 3 days of my stay. There were not any meal options available to be included within the stay price (no open buffet available).

The bed and the spacious room. My order consist of two king bed. But the hotel management give me a room that was very spacious that consist of a room and a hall.Breakfast i didnt take it because you are staying in KL,its very easy to find food there either by taking Grab to travel or just order by Foodpanda.Overall i'm very satisfied.

The hotel is slightly difficult to find.The parking also slightly difficult to find.

Room is very spacious and clean. They only provide one card per room so it is a bit of a hassle when you have family staying here. Overall value for money. No breakfast provided but there is nearby cafe.

There is only one room card provided. If you want to go down to get food, you cannot leave anyone in the room. There are only 2 staff working per shift so they are a bit swamp and could not attend to everyone quickly.

Loved the location and the spaciousness of the room. This hotel would be my first choice every time I came to KL, just for those two reasons. The room rates have gone up though..which is really sad.

The lighting in the room was too dim at night. Need to have brighter lighting, so that we could do more than just sleep😂 The bathroom needed more 'love', it was just sufficiently clean.

I think I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room is immaculately clean, extra big space and a small kitchen island in the room. The bed is clean and comfortable.

The car park entrance of the hotel let me a bit confused, and quite dark in the parking area. There got two hotels can park in the same parking area, so maybe need to find for the signage which near to the our hotel lobby entrance.

I really like that the room was veryvery spacious. I book this as a place for me to get ready for my wedding reception and it was really spacious and comfortable that my photographer and makeup artist can worked comfortably. Aircond also cold.

I didn't like the drainage system in the bathroom was very slow.

Strategic place to stay. Very convenient is you are not planning to drive in KL. Next to the hotel is Kerinchi LRT station. Room is clean and spacious which is suitable for family.

The room lights abit dim. Need to have another mirror in the room. Only one mirror available in the bathroom which is not enough.

The room that we chose was very spacious. We had kids so it was convenient for them to run around. They also enjoyed watching the trains pass by. Very clean. Felt like home. Well-maintained. Food was nearby. There was a petrol station nearby & MRT station below for night time snacks. Very convenient especially for people who want to use the public trains.

It would be good if both the rooms had TV. Not a big issue.
