Location is fantastic. The price was extremely good, real value for money. Nice big suite that was comfortable for a family of 5 to stay together. The swimming pool was also fantastic, we had it all to ourselves on both occasion that we went to the pool!

The pool is in the next tower, so you need to the exit the hotel tower and re-enter the tower next to it. The public will be walking around outside to get to the LRT station and there you are walking next to them with wet clothes and towels! 😂 Not a big issue cause once you get to the rooftop pool, it’s really nice and quiet.

The room is big and spacious - so much so I think no one can compete with them at the same price range. Totally loved the 2 pillows - 1 soft and 1 hard each, like how it’s traditionally done. A lot of hotels nowadays just throw 2 pillows regardless of the type/hardness. They still provide complimentary toothbrush and toiletries. It’s awesome!

Not that it affects my experience in a material way - but the hotel entrance and the reception area is horrible. It feels like a budget hotel and is not fitting at all. A Chinese gentlemen at the reception counter wasn’t in his best professional behaviour. I asked whether my room had been paid for, to which he didn’t give a direct answer, and said I’ll be at a loss if he chooses to tell me that I’ve not paid (I get it that it is a joke - but that’s hardly acceptable especially he’s at the front of the house).

Convenient location almost connected to the metro station. Rooms are clean even if it is a little noisy due to metro circulation.

The staff taking my credit card behind the desk and manually taking note all numbers/details (front and back of my credit card) to make the invoice seems a strange practice as everything was already paid via the terminal with pin code.

1. No microwave oven, it would be very convenient if you could provide one. 2. Big room but there is no dining table & chair 3. There is a sofa but without coffee table, so it is quite difficult to put our cup or plate 4. The lighting along room walkway is too dim

the location is easy access to public transport. huge room. will always be my best choice to stay

no breakfast included, tv channel always freeze suddenly, and no variety of channel to watch. i could hear loud noise from other room and hallway in the middle of the night. lobby is small it become crowded during check out (but the process is quite fast)

Clean, comfortable, transportation convenient for visitor (near by LRT station)

Request early check in at 12pm but hotel unable make it, then is ok. But when we arrive hotel at 3pm, still request us wait bcoz room is not ready yet due to last customer not check out yet. It should be available and allow us check in 3pm when we arrive.

The room was large and really comfortable and mostly clean (a little fungus on the ceiling that's all) and the hotel was driving distance from bangsar village. The staff were really nice and helpful, we asked for a room change to do with a smell problem halfway into our stay and they were kind enough to sort that out for us. This was a good stay for the price paid.

The car park was a little dingy, but that wasn't much of a problem. There wasn't too much to do around the hotel itself.

It’s like a business suite, huge space for a room. Super convenient because mrt just 1 minutes walk and literally in the same building. Two Convenient stores! Love their rooftop swimming pool. It’s Clean!

Swimming pool is at the other building and probably because of weekend, nearby eatery is not open.

Nice place. Next to the LRT. Good service. The room is spacious and clean.

1. Very dim lighted. 2. Would be better if there were one or two more chairs apart from the sofa provided.

Good location. Bed is comfortable and tidy. Ample towels and body soap + shampoo are provided. Good toiletries set for 2 pax. Coffee and tea + 2 mineral water bottles are provided too.

Quite noisy with other guests banging doors and mrt in building nearby is too loud.
